I would give this review less than one star if I could. Twice now, the Palmdale store has promised to deliver a bed stand we ordered with a mattress from them, but they bed stand has been delayed twice. This has been going on since May. There are supply-chain problems in this country due to COVID. So, I do understand. However, Sit 'n Sleep BOTH TIMES has failed to call me to let me know of the delay! Both times, I only found out by calling myself. I have put them on notice that, if this product is delayed again past the August delivery they've promised, I'm requesting a refund and, in any case, will never shop with them again. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at Sit 'n Sleep Palmdale. Communications fall through the cracks. Possibly, they don't care about my business. Be warned. read more

So happy with Sit 'n Sleep! Causette was amazing! She didn't just want to make a sale, but truly wanted us to buy the best mattress for us. She had me & my husband lay on the test bed, which helps determine what level of firmness each of us need. Then she showed us mattresses in our desired firmness and price range. After narrowing it down to 3 mattresses, Causette recommended we lay on each for 5 - 10 minutes to decide which one was best for us. Timmothy was a very patient salesman. Not pushy at all and helped us out a lot. We had been sleeping on this full size standard mattress since we started living together in January 2010. My back had pretty much had enough of the springs. We had been pricing out mattresses for a while, and we were pretty much set on getting one at Sam's club. We were in the Best Buy parking lot, when I remembered that this place was here. We popped in to see what they had. Its very overwhelming when they have all of the $3000 mattresses up front. Definitely NOT in our price range. We tested out a few, and ended up with a Miralux pillow-top with memory foam. Its so comfortable. In addition to their sales, they offer military and AAA discounts. Never buy a mattress from this store!!! I have MS and I had back surgery my son wanted me to heal better by buying me a mattress to help me sleep. I picked out a comfy mattress and they sent me the wrong one! I couldn't sleep I called the store please pick this one up and give me my mattress! They told me they couldn't I needed to sleep in it! Make it softer over time! Tommy sold me this mattress I called numerous times no one wouldn't help! I went in the store with my canes and saw the mattress on the floor I ordered.... it was a different number one the mattress than the one on my invoice!!! He said they had to investigate so they'll send people to my house! He said we have to find out who made the mistake! My son went back in to talk to Tommy and saw that mysteriously the mattress I ordered was now off the showroom floor! Suspicious! I finally talked to a Matthew that sent me the mattress I ordered and I was so excited but on my mattress was a tiny stain that came right out I'm talking tiny stain, and they took my mattress away! Let me start by saying I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. My bed has taken a dump and I need one TODAY. I bought 4 from here two years ago, liked the guy who helped me so I thought I'd come back. Don't quote me but I feel like his name was Michael Jordan. Anyways, I started calling this location at 9am got the busy signal numerous times so I decided to call after work, still busy. So I used to message feature on google to I guess, text them. I stated I had been trying to call and got the busy signal and asked if someone can call me. Whoever answers their messages is literally going back and forth arguing with me that it's not busy he/she called and got right through. Over and over. I ask again, can you just have someone call me. Well she calls me, accuses me of dialing the wrong number so I call with her on three-way. She hears it and proceeds to argue with me that it's not busy form her phone. Then has me tell her the number I'm calling AGAIN! I said the same one I messaged you, the same one on google, & the same one on ur website. She says I'm lying AGAIN. I three way it again, still busy. I say look lady I just want to make a purchase I need a bed n she says oh well this is the store how can I help you? Are u frkn serious??? First of all you JUST told me you aren't a salesperson through messages and You couldn't help me to begin with? Now that you've insulted me you want to help? No thanks. Causette does it again! I joke with Causette that ever since she sold us a bed and mattress, our hotel experience has been ruined. Oh sure, I still get a kick out of a good jacuzzi or breakfast buffet, but the sleep part has essentially been eliminated from the equation. I never get as good a night's sleep as snug in my own bed at home. Mind you, I never used to say this before. When we first went to Sit N Sleep it was out of desperation, the kind of everyday back pain that screams, "Just tell me what I gotta do, Doc. Here's my money, I don't care what it costs." Like Goldilocks, we bounced around on a whole bunch of mattresses before finding the perfect one. Through it all, Causette remained patient and kind, assuring that it was crucial to discover just the right one. Lo and behold, it's proven true! So much so that we recently went back to add a set of drawers, a foot bench (my toes are resting on it now) and two of the most kick-ass pillows the world has ever seen. Oh, and a brand spanking new set of sheets! Not only is Causette incredibly low-key and down to earth, she gives recommendations from the heart. When we asked about pillows, she told us about some floor models the she claimed were the best in the store. Not convinced at first, I took a leap of faith and WOW, all I can say is that nobody needs to sell me on upscale bedding ever again. I say a prayer to the pillow gods every night because I would never have believed that paying a bit more could bring such heavenly satisfaction. Another nice bonus about the store in Palmdale is that it's tucked a little out of the way in a Lowe's shopping plaza. If you catch them at the right time, you can have the entire store almost to yourself. While to some that might remind them of horror stories involving pushy car lots and rude salesmen, in this case it just adds to the opportunity to try a bunch of stuff out till you find exactly the thing you're looking for. Did I mention Causette was great? To top everything off, she made sure we qualified for a special financing bonus offered through Synchrony Bank. It just made the whole experience that much sweeter. i guess the final question every shopper ultimately makes is would I do the whole thing over again if I could? The bed and mattress -- absolutely! The drawers, bench, pillows and new set of sheets? Yes!!! I only wonder what would have happened if we hadn't lucked into meeting Causette along the way. Maybe it all would have worked out the same in the end. But I doubt it. I'd rather believe it was destiny that we found her. She has become our bedding "angel." And when we want to add another piece to our growing set, you can bet we'll go back to Sit N Sleep and ask for her again. read more

I have a foam mattress less than 2years old with mildew on the bottom. Have their protective cover on mattress and there is still mildew on the bottom of the mattress. Sit n sleep does not honor their warranties and their mattress is used by my son with disabilities and has severe asthma. Don't buy sit n sleep. They don't stand by their products. Obviously The, mattress had moisture in it when we bought it and has grown mold over the last 14 months. Go shop somewhere else. read more

We bought our adjustable bed and mattress two years ago, can't tell how wonderful the experience has been overall. Matthew listen as we explained our needs from a bed. I have rheumatoid arthritis as well as other issues with my neck and back, my husband was worried about the memory foam beds being too hot. Matthew went over the pros and cons and helped us pick a hybrid mattresses with the adjustable base in a split king. Customer service didn't stop there; delivery and setup was awesome too. This week we went in to buy some new sheets. They didn't have the size that we needed in stock. Matthew not only ordered the sheets to be in by the next day, he also had them delivered to our house! After using our dull, uncomfortable mattress for 2 years, we decided to start mattress shopping. We had no intention of buying one that day, or even that weekend. We popped into Sit N Sleep, and met Causette. She was very friendly, attentive, and not over-salesy. We explained our differences in comforts, likes and dislikes, and actually never told her a price range. She pointed us to some Seally Posturepedics because we loved one similar at a hotel(that was $1700 from the hotel). She directed us around the showroom floor to prices between $600-900. I was so happy. We actually found a different mattress than she had pointed out, but it was $1078, so I appreciated her NOT showing us mattresses that seemed to be beyond our price range. The last time we came in, a few years back, we were showed the two cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses and practically shunned. We ended up shopping around the SCV, and came back to buy our mattress directly from Causette and it was the one that was $1078. It arrived on Christmas Eve, 2 days after we paid for it. Well, it has been about a month now, and we wanted to make sure that we were as happy today as we were when we started the process. So, after all this time, I have to say that we are Really Happy that we dealt with Sit 'n Sleep. We had an issue with our existing mattress from several years ago that we bought through Sit 'n Sleep, and was convinced that there was nothing that could be done. I called the corporate office and was directed to a Peter J in customer service who listened to everything, reviewed our account and completely unexpectedly said, "We can help". It was an amazing moment. This person directed us back to the Palmdale store and said talk to the store manager, Matt, and that all the pertinent information would be relayed and he will be ready to assist us. This was absolutely true, as I received an email from Peter to Matt and I was cc'd in less than an hour. Needless to say, Matt was great, very helpful, friendly, was prepared for our visit and ready to get us the help we needed. Not only did we get our mattress, but because of the way we were treated we decided to buy a second mattress for our son that day too. This one person in customer service turned a potential negative situation into a pretty nice double sale and all of us are extremely Happy. Sit 'n Sleep is now our only place to buy mattresses. Do not buy a mattress from them. I bought a mattress for my son to replace the one that was damaged during the Woolsey fire. We have had it for less then a year and there is a huge indent in it. My son has muscular dystrophy which causes a decreased muscle mass so he cant roll out of the hole. He is literally a prisoner in one spot on the bed and now he is getting a bedsores. I've called and emailed several times and still no one is calling back. Now I'm being forced to file a complaint with the BBB and warning as many people as I can through social media. Sit n sleep corporate office in Gardena, Ca. has the worst customer service ever!!! When trying to get a refund because they were trying to over charge me by selling me (2) adjustable bases versus (1) and each time the delivery drivers brought out the wrong mattress. I have yet to speak to a supervisor. You're on hold for at least 20 min. OR MORE!! Can't get an honest answer. They keep saying someone will call you back (that never happens!! I wish I could contact Larry Miller CEO myself. I'm definitely going to figure it out how. Oh and to top it off...they're trying to accuse me of keeping some damn pillows, supposedly left by the delivery driver. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I WANT MY FULL REFUND!!! I WANTED NOTHING from them after they failed to deliver my correct mattress and adjustable base not one, but TWO days in a row (mind you 2 days off of work).
