Due to the fires, our family had to buy 4 new beds. We've never bought beds from SnS and, I gotta be honest, as we entered the store I was bracing myself for the slimy salesman pitch. As we went up the stairs and onto the store floor, we were immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman named Cliff. I remained reserved observing him interacting w/ my wife and kids. As I listened to him talk w/ them, he was kind, knowledgeable, wise about finding the rt bed for each of us, and patient. No slimy salesman pitch, what a relief! I never felt he was in a rush to make the close. We were there a while and he just kept working with us giving us the information we needed but the space to privately decide. Eventually, we settled on what we wanted but the price was just too much for all the beds. He worked with us crunching #s but it was still not quite lining up for our finances. He brought Brian the ass't manager who worked w/ us and our budget and we were all able to settle on a price that worked for everyone along w/ some add'l ammenities to sweeten the pot. Brian did a great job of explaining the warranties, return policy if unsatisified etc. and it wasn't a long arduous process. Working with Cliff is what really got us to the point of buying the 4 beds at SnS! Thank You Cliff! And Brian is the one who helped us w the finances! Thank You Brian! They were the perfect team!! I highly recommend SnS of Pasadena on Lake! They will take care of YOU, find you what YOU want and they will do a great job to help you get that bed YOU want and they won't nickel and dime you all the way out the store! Absolutely horrible service, AVOID. We walked in and waited about 20 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. Someone finally came up and asked us what we were looking for and we asked for the match experience, which matches you to their tiered mattress system based on your positioning/posture. The man helping us just input our information into the match system and walked away. Once our match was discovered (blue tier) , we were expecting the consultant to give us some direction, but again nobody was helping us. We found a mattress we liked and were waiting for a consultant to help. They were all with customers so we decided to wait since we really wanted that mattress. A couple of the consultants finally finished with their clients and both walked over to two older couples that both came in after us (my husband and I look young). They didn't even try to assist us. We wasted 40 minutes of our time at Sit N Sleep. We ended up going to Mattress Firm across the street and had a MUCH more pleasant, very attentive, down-to-earth experience. Bought an amazing TempurPedic mattress with cooling pillows and a mattress pad. Highly recommend Mattress Firm. read more

I have had 2 inspections on my mattress since purchase in 2021 due to sagging, they sent there inspection company out on the first inspection they said the mattress was not sagging enough to honor my warranty the second inspection 2 weeks ago says the mattress is sagging less than the first inspection 2 years prior, they were supposed to send a third inspector out different company but instead the inspector never showed and sit and sleep Pasadena blocked me from emailing them. WORSE purchased ever and note that machine they have you lay down in to determine your mattress fit it faulty in every way. read more

I came in with my family on a stroll and they were very nice. I was over due for a new mattress. Took their diagnostic bed thing so it made shopping easier. They did take our temps upon arriving and gave us mattress covers which is great with the precautions they are taking. I got Jennifer who was very knowledgeable with the needs of the elderly. My sis got Brian who was helpful with the kids. My friend got Alex who was great for their bed frame needs and my brother went back to Ken who helped with the frame and mattress covers he needed. When I told him firm, he then had me lay down on a mattress that electronically told based on one's sleep pattern which mattresses was suited for me. After our first trip to Sit 'n Sleep, my husband and I purchased a Sealy hybrid mattress. We loved it in the showroom but after a week of sleeping on it, we realized that memory foam, no matter how firm, wasn't going to work for us. Prior to leaving, our salesperson, Ken gave us clear instructions regarding the exchange policy (30 days and a 20% re-stock fee) so we knew that we needed to wait it out. We went back to talk to Ken the following weekend and he was very understanding, taking the time to show us some more options. Once the 30 days had passed, we went back once more last weekend to make sure the mattress we wanted (a King Koil from their Natural line) was "the one". Ken walked us through the exchange process and helped us select a set of very nice sheets to make up for the price difference between the two mattresses. He knew that we were looking to stay within our budget and we never felt any pressure to spend more than we wanted to. We also wanted to give a shout-out to the excellent delivery team. Both times, the team was quick and efficient. We received timely updates during our delivery window, so we weren't left waiting around not knowing how to plan out the rest of our day. Fast forward three days after the delivery of our new mattress and we are both well-rested, definitely having found "the one". Shopping for a mattress is a very subjective experience. We ended up spending ten grand on a mattress, yes, $10,000 but he managed to give us a 10% discount on the total, which we definitely appreciated. Our new mattress was delivered the following morning. Hector and Fern (Truck50) were our delivery and installation guys. They were awesome and helpful throughout the entire delivery and haul away of our old mattress. Ended up hooking up those guys with a tip and water for being hard workers.
