I tried the mattress analyzer (go figure what the name is!) where you lay down for 5 minutes and it makes recommendations on what the best mattress for you is. DO IT. Wow! I really, really, really did not want to go mattress shopping. I dread sales people and especially am not excited about laying on mattresses for an afternoon. But after spending many hours researching mattresses online, I realized it was really unavoidable. And I'm so glad I did it! First of all, they are very careful with covid, checking temperatures and providing everyone with a protective sheet to carry from bed to bed. They also have hand sanitizer and everyone is wearing masks. I went on a Saturday and it actually wasn't very crowded which I appreciated. Jennifer Cho helped me out for hours and she was amazing! She never pressured me to buy anything and was really agnostic about the mattress prices. Their automated body scan test said I needed a firm mattress so she showed me the top of the line (Tempur-pedic) on down, basically saying if I couldn't tell the difference then I should go for the inexpensive mattress (Nectar). She educated me about the different options and encouraged me to test them long enough to really tell. Once I made my mattress choice (the Tempur-pedic) and adjustable platform, she made sure I got all the discounts I could, including honoring a price I had found online. The real test was with the delivery and set-up. Jennifer had told me what she expected the guys to do, so when they showed up and didn't follow her instructions, I was skeptical but they insisted they knew better. After the guys left, my bed was not right. It was too high off the ground and I was just convinced they did it wrong. I called Jennifer - expecting her to tell me it was out of her hands - but she fixed it all! She personally worked with the delivery people to have them come back and fix it, at a time convenient for me. And she was super nice and apologetic. It's just not the kind of service I expect anymore, so I was truly delighted. It's too bad I won't need another bed for 8-10 years now that I know the BEST place to buy one (and the best salesperson to buy it from). I've been experiencing lower back issues and thought it was time for a new mattress. We went to our local Sit N Sleep and were super happy with the overall experience. Jennifer was extremely helpful and courteous through the entire process of trying out each mattress and asking her a bunch of questions. Stopped by around 3pm on a Sunday cuhs the love and I were looking for a new mattress and bed frame, and what other place to visit than Sit 'n Sleep?! I hear the commercial on the radio all the time but this was actually my first time entering a store, so it was kinda exciting, haha. Walked in and they have a bunch of PPE safety set up. Only four groups are allowed in the store at one time, they have safety covers for you to lay on while trying out beds, and they have sanitizer located all over the store. We were approached by Jennifer Cho, and she greeted us with a lovely tone (and I bet a lovely smile under that mask!). She walked us in and explained all the different type of beds and what direction we were headed in. They also had a bed where science would be used to calculate the type of bed firmness that would match your body weight and sleep posture. It was pretty cool actually. Anywoo, we walked around the entire building looking through different beds and mattresses. The love found a couple that he liked but the prices were all way too out of our price range. Beds were going for 900-1200$ for a queen and the frames were also 900-1200$. I understand that their a big branded retail store, but unfortunately we were unable to snag any deals this visit. I'll start by saying everyone at the store took every precaution and had on masks and we had personal covers to try the beds out. It was very safe! I have not made a purchase here yet, so I can't speak to the products or warranty service, but I did want to leave a review for the service I was provided by Cliff since I don't see any reviews for him. I came in looking for a King mattress and was interested in trying out the feel of latex. Cliff was great to work with and very helpful. I was in there for at least an hour, and he showed me many varieties of beds and explained the differences in feeling to me. He then let me go back and wander around myself to get a better feel for the mattresses. I appreciated that he wasn't super pushy to get me to buy an expensive mattress like I've experienced at other mattress stores. I actually enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about my mattress preferences. They have a lot of options here, which is great in a world of memory foam box mattresses (I hate memory foam). Again, I didn't end up purchasing a mattress yet because the ones I liked were above my anticipated budget. We were in need of a new mattress and had been searching online and visiting multiple stores (including Sit 'n Sleep in West Hollywood and Glendale) to try out mattresses for several weeks. Our current mattress started to sink after 5 years. Since we are a long-time customer of Sit n' Sleep, we went back to Sit 'n Sleep to find a new mattress. I was there for about two hours. Jennifer educated me on the different types of mattresses, and I walked around with her and tested them out. They have a large disposable plastic sheet you can use so it's sanitary. I was impressed with Jennifer's extensive knowledge and her friendly and helpful attitude. She can't be beat!
