Not sure what happened to JK, but our experience was great. We live in SC and dropped in while on a walk. Our mattress is 20 years old and way past due, but I'm kind of a miser and never would have thought I'd buy a "technology mattress". Boy, was I wrong. From the beginning to end Lisa was fantastic. Explained the process, set us up in their special bed to determine what worked best for us, and then took lots of time, hours in fact, to show us the various recommended mattresses in our category. We didn't feel any pressure to buy a particular mattress, and I'm not the kind of guy that bends to pressure anyway. After lying around and moving back and forth between three different mattresses, we ended up buying a Tempurpedic in a medium to firm category with an adjustable base. Can't wait to sleep tonight! Even though I find Larry's commercials a little annoying, "or it's freeeeee!", I'm glad we stepped in. He's obviously running a good business and I guess his signature statement keeps his stores in your mind. They had a great selection, Lisa and Paul were helpful and fantastic, and delivery is the next day. If anything in the delivery process or sleep comfort changes this 5-star review, I'll update, but at this point I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a new mattress, pillows, bedding, or furniture...all of which we bought. read more

I had been shopping around online for a few months for a mattress, trying to find a great mattress at a great price. Knowing how important a good mattress is (especially with my back issues) I didn't want to settle. Paul helped me find the right mattress for my issue and sleeping style. He was knowledgeable about all the mattress they carry- and the attributes of each. He showed me several models he thought would be a good fit (and a few others I asked to look at), and allowed me space to spend some time on each without pressuring me (all while being available nearby to answer any questions I had). He knows his business well, I ended up choosing one of the mattresses he recommended. Their free delivery was awesome, the delivery guys were professional, polite, on time, and quick to set up the mattress and remove my old one. I went to Sit n Sleep under a lot of pressure with only 2 days to put together an assisted living apartment for my mother. Alfred Abogado met me at the door and in short order I was on my way knowing that we had the right solution. Kevin and Alex delivered the adjustable frame and mattress 18 hours later and took the care to adjust the mattress so that my 86 year old mother could get in and out more easily. Had an awesome experience at Sit and Sleep San Clemente. Reza Iradi was extremely helpful in helping me decide what bed would be best for me as I just couldn't decide. He helped me by using their sleep technology system that was in the store, and I got a great deal on the whole sleep package. And even after the bed was delivered and set up, I decided I wasn't happy about the high profile boxspring. Called Reza and he had a low profile boxspring delivered the next day. I was a bit overwhelmed knowing that I had to get a new bed setup. I read all the online reviews and decided to go to Sit and Sleep in San Clemente. I was met by Alfred who leisurely inform me of all the pros and cons of all the beds but did not push me to make any decision. He was a most awesome salesman. I stopped by to buy a foam memory matters and Reza was so helpful in suggesting the right matters I need it. I found what I was looking for and I was told the delivery it would happened the next day because it comes from the warehouse. Reza went out is way to check in their store if they had something I could have gotten immediately because I had a truck with me. We recently purchased a memory foam mattress and convertible base from these guys and I gotta say I'm really happy with our purchase!
