I took him to Carol and after a few moments when I wasn't sure he'd be able to stay - they got along fine. When I picked him up he looked gorgeous! Nice and clean and trim, and happy as a clam! I like it that when he was done he wasn't confined to a cage while he waited to be picked up, she stayed there with him in the grooming parlor. He sat on the couch and it was like they were best buddies. She also has a place for him to go outside that is safely fenced. The bonus is how close she is to my home!

We brought his bed with him for his stayed and assumed we would just throw it out after because it would be dirty but they even washed his bed for us. Roy was absolutely amazing and very gentle with my nervous Frenchie. Roy did an amazing job and even let me stay with my Puppy throughout the process. We definitely will be returning to see Roy. After the nail trim, I ended up buying some things from the store. The cashier was absolutely wonderful, and helped me pick out a great harness for my puppy.

Monica has been grooming her since she's been a baby and never had a problem until this last time. When we picked her up, we noticed she wasn't breathing correctly. Later that night I called left a message asking if something happened to her. They never called me back. Ended up taking her to the veterinary hospital to find out her throat was compromised while getting groomed. The vet said they see this a lot when people take there dogs to the groomers We ended up having to send our little girl to heave way way to early So this is a WARNING to everyone that's thinking of bringing your animals here. PP also has some nice treats, toys, and pup food for sale ~ that is very handy for those days that you need a little extra for your pup. And what dog would say "No" to a naptime kong treat? LOVE the facebook photos that are posted every day so you can see your dog enjoying playtime. The professionals who take care of the dogs are exceptional and incredibly cheerful and patient. They all take extensive dog and pet CPR training, so you know your pup is in good hands. So happy that PP exists and that we joined the gang.

After the appointment, both developed razor burns and red dots -- the larger one badly enough to need a vet visit. I paid $200 (175 + 25 tip) for the visit, and I was disappointed that even their sanitary trim wasn't done right. When I let the groomer know, the only response was "Ok," which initially felt dismissive.
