On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

We started our journey with Terry of building a home 14 months ago and his commitment to my family and I never wavered once and is actually stronger today than the first day he became our realtor. He helped me keep my wife from going crazy with upgrades and at the same time helped us build a beautiful home with everything we really wanted) He went to numerous appointments with the builder Including every walk-through. He meet me at the house countless times to check the construction work and when things went wrong Terry was in immediately communication with the construction manager and sales representatives. He even worked with our mortgage broker to ensure everything was ready for closing. Not once did Terry offer guidance that was not in the best interest of my family and I, even though it never benefited him. Terry was always available for us no matter the time or day. We had very little issues with them throughout our lease but that is now completely void, since I've learned they will apply unsubstantiated charges at their whim.
