No one showed up, and I was left waiting at home with no apparent notice that the appointment would not be kept. I contacted HomeTrends afterward and expressed my frustration about the missed appointment and the time I had wasted. I was initially told they would arrange for someone else to come out. Instead, the owner subsequently told me that it would be better for me to take my business to another blinds company and that they no longer wanted to work with me. That response surprised me. A missed appointment can happen. What mattered more to me was how the company handled it afterward. Rather than apologizing, taking responsibility, and trying to make things right, their solution was essentially to tell the customer to go elsewhere. There are plenty of companies selling and installing window treatments. Based on my experience, I would choose one that is more reliable, respects its customers' time, and makes customers feel that their business is valued. BTW, they did tell me if I wrote a negative review that "I was a bad person". Well, this review is only intended to give you, the consumer, an insight to my experience. I am not sure that constitutes me as being a "bad" person, but again maybe insight to how HomeTrends perceives upset customers verse working out an amendable solution.

They said it might take two weeks, but they got it done in one. And my lamp is back to its healthy, non-shocking ways. Go there. They are incredibly nice there, and while they said it would take a few days to fix, it turned out they were able to sneak it in between larger projects and the lamp got repaired by the next day. Not bad! Basically, I would say that they were very knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and affable people with excellent customer service, and as far as I can tell, they charged a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again as they certainly have earned a repeat customer (just hoping that I won't have any more broken lamps, haha).

Didn't offer a discount or a gift card for my troubles. when they came to deliver it, the delivery windows were all pretty inconvenient and they didn't send any reminder calls. When you're paying these kinds of designer, luxury prices, you expect a certain level of service that frankly I didn't receive. I'll be sticking to Wayfair from now on.

I talked to Sean and he answered all of the questions that I had before I decided to go to their showroom to look at it in person. I stopped by the Holliston store after work in April and I was impressed by every employee in the store practicing social distancing, wearing masks, etc. during the peak of COVID-19. I looked at the hot tub in person and it was everything that I was told it was before I got there. The salesperson was very friendly and answered all of my questions that I had about the Caldera Spas. The salesperson was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the same display model a few days later. Josh came to my house to perform a pre-delivery site survey and drop off the electrical service panel a few days after that. A couple of weeks later, the Hearthside Service team came to delivery my new hot tub and install all of the accessories on it. They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I have had a very positive experience with the purchase and delivery of my new Caldera Spa and highly recommend Hearthside Fireplace & Patio! I can also highly recommend the Service Team over at Hearthside as well. I have had a couple of issues with the my new spa, but that was to be expected as it was a display model and a couple of years old. The technician that comes here is very friendly and always leaves everything exactly as he found it and cleans up prior to leaving. I recently had an issue with the Topside Control Panel on my hot tub which was causing the hot tub to shutdown and the temperature has been below freezing. The heater was unable to operate due to the faulty control panel and I was worried that the water inside of the hot tub and plumbing would freeze leading to more problems. Hearthside was able to get a technician in within the same week to figure out what was causing the issue and what they needed to order. Hearthside then ordered the part and was back here to replace it only a couple of business days later. The hot tub is now good as new. I am very impressed with their service and response. Hearthside was able to expedite the shipping on the new part that I needed even during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were also able to get the technician back here to replace it as soon as it came in. When you are purchasing a new hot tub/spa you want to make sure that the dealer is going to service it after you purchase it as they are the ones that honor the manufacturer's warranty. I can safely say that Hearthside will service your hot tub and honor the manufacturer's warranty if needed. If you're looking for a new hot tub, I would not hesitate to checkout a Caldera Spa at any of Hearthside's locations!

Within two weeks, Sam's & Son was able to not only provide me with samples of reasonable priced curtain fabrics but a complete estimate and idea of installation as well. I was very happy with their quick response and easy communication and how they helped me find the right curtain fabric and necessary alterations. Their installer, Steve Davis is just as professional, easy to work with and did a great job installing the curtains. Will use again!
