My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

From the outside, it just looks like a storefront but the spa is decorated nicely but not cluttered. It is clean and spacious. I explained that I wasn't sure what to pick since it was first time. The front desk lady explained the different massages and offerings. I opted for a regular deep tissue for 60 minutes with extra emphasis on my back. Lisa was assigned to me and was quiet but very nice. She led me to the massage room and worked my back like a heavyweight. I really needed that. I don't know if I can handle a 90 minute massage because I just wanted to go to sleep after the 60 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience and I have no hesitation going back for another service.

Today it was nice and quiet in the spa, the music was calming and my experience was top notch. What a great way to head into the holidays. My masseuse as Marlene and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. After checking in for my appointment I was taken to a nice "locker room" type situation for lack of better words. You can claim a locker to place your belongings and then change into a robe and sandals provided for you. The room was dim and warm with a changing room, bathroom, and shower. Then you go to a waiting area with heated neck pillows where you wait to be called back. Marlene did an excellent job with my massage and I felt very relaxed. The tension is greatly relieved in my back. I will definitely be back!

Like a spa buffet:)  I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner by front desk. The lobby area is beautiful as is every other area I saw in the spa.  Clean, comfortable, serene. Lynne, my spa massuese, came to greet me. She is fantastic. I can't say enough great remarks about her. She was sweet, knoweledgeable, easy to be comfortable around, great massuese, really helped on problem areas on my back and Piriformis. She was great at transitioning between experiences and rooms.
