I've been here multiple times and can't believe I am just now getting around to writing a review! Sixty Vines has been my families go-to restaurant for a while and the quality and experience has been very consistent. Starting with the food, the food is incredible! I have tried several of their dishes but I have to say the creste di gallo is my all time favorite. The pasta is filled with flavor and it's a great portion - I always eat half and take the rest home. Their bacon wrapped dates are also very good as a small appetizer. Also pictured is the broccolini and potato pizza - which is vegan, gluten free, and SO good! The service is always great too. We've had many different servers and they always go above and beyond to give you a great experience. Finally, the ambience is lovely. There is a room (pictured) that brings in a lot of natural light and perfect any time of day. They also have seating for big parties. We've come here for birthdays and they even give you a complimentary dessert each time! This is a restaurant I will continue to come back to - without a doubt! We had the creste di gallo--creamy, rich, with pesto that didn't make me feel like I was eating a garden. The pork chop? Unreal. Perfectly cooked with this surprise crispy crust that made me question if I've actually had pork chop before. Loved sampling riesling and prosecco from their endless wine lineup. Got a chance to visit this spot soon after they opened and it was just Fantastic!! The service and team are amazing and super friendly. The wine list is EXTENSIVE with something on it for everyone. And when it doubt, hit the bar where they have plenty of wines ON TAP for you to try. The menu is also very broad with items such as chicken and caviar appetizers to this amazing grilled pork chop I was fortunate to try. Oh, and the atmosphere is simply incredible. Our first time to Sixty Vines was memorable for excellent service, beautiful atmosphere in the greenhouse seating area, and mouth-watering delicious food and perfect drink pairings. Our anniversary was made very special by this incredible team, especially Jackson who answered multiple questions we had when initially scouring the menu. For the appetizer, the truffle fries are a must. You know the food is good when you're trying to mop up every possible crumb on the plate. For our entrees we enjoyed the short rib papardelle, so flavorful and filling. Our desserts were the basque cheesecake and deviled affogato, perfect way to end off the meal. All in all, our meal at 60 vines made us feel like a king and queen. Even if it was stormy outside, we were blessed to be warmed by service and food. More like 4.5 out of 10... We started the night with a charcuterie board. The portions on it were minuscule with no warning to our party of four. If we had been given a heads up before receiving the 3 bites of cheese we would have ordered more, but I digress. Next came our pasta dishes, the eggplant rigatoni and another dish I've forgotten the name of, but it was a pesto dish. Both were drowning in black pepper and yet were surprisingly bland besides that. The rigatoni red sauce especially was watery, and the eggplant unseasoned and undercooked. To end our night we ordered a slice of lemon cake and two affogatos, one with the devils food cake and one without. The lemon cake and the devil foods cake were extremely dry. The ice cream had chunks of ice in it, and the coffee comes chilled. We were dying laughter at the table at this point because never have we received affogato with cold coffee when the whole point of the dish is the hot espresso melting the ice cream. The wine, service, and ambiance were good but we will never return. It is not worth the price considering we would have gotten more flavorful dishes at Olive Garden. (And this is coming from someone who dislikes Olive Garden). I do not recommend Sixty Vines and cannot believe it's 4.5 rating at the time of writing this. read more

I went here on a weekday for lunch, with a friend. The service was amazing! We were greeted by a welcoming hostess, and we were able to get a table without a reservation. I ordered a mock tail (The Bright Side) with blood orange juice, which was really good! Would definitely recommend. I also ordered the Barada, which was amazing! I ordered one to go however, it didn't have the pesto , but it was still good. We ordered the cauliflower as well, which was really good with the hummus. My girlfriend and I split the Citrus Olives to start ($10) and she had the Campanelle ($18). Everything was great. The cabernet on the burgers gives it a balsamic vinegar flavor which was quite good. I added a side of lemon-dill aioli for dipping the potatoes and it was a solid addition. Her pasta was flavorful and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The olives were much spicier than presented in the menu. I would rename them Chili Citrus Olives. A very good, reasonably priced meal. Looking forward to coming back in the future. read more

I've been to this location several times and I absolutely love it. The layout is great and if you wanna have a private party, they can accommodate most sizes. The parking is terrible if you try a lot, but I would suggest you to go to the garage that is connected and only a few more feet away. Customer Service is always amazing. I love that they've let me sample different wines prior to be purchasing a glass, but honestly everything they have is good. I love their appetizers main courses and their rotating desserts. Management should absolutely consider her for training others; she sets the standard. The service we got was really slow and was hard to get his attention for more drinks or to even order food. We started out with the zucchini chips and OMG they were amazing, they were drizzled with a sweet chili sauce. Also got the olives and bruschetta. All those had great flavors. I ended up getting the pork chop with roasted carrots. The chop was a little overcooked but still really good. Friend got the salmon with brussel sprouts. The title of this review is: You're Better Than This My sister and I have had plenty of wonderful experiences at this establishment... until today. So many things were off that usually aren't and it was just disappointing. Dillon was the one shining star that came in towards the end of our experience, actually making us feel welcome and appreciated. Shortlist of issues: No receptionist upon arrival (no big deal we sat at the bar anyway... but still)... Bartender was inattentive as he was preoccupied with shift change... Couple next to us was on a video call speaking very loudly... We couldn't flag the bartender down to order a starter while hearing about cousin Kristy getting divorced... Finally ordered and everything came out at once... Bartender showed up in extremely wrinkled shirt whereas most other servers were presentable... Some boss looking guy came over to perform a function on the POS but had to call employees over for help since he "hadn't done this in four years"... The video call was getting louder and we didn't have our drinks yet... Asked bartender if they have a rule against FaceTiming / loud cell phone use at bar and was informed no policy... and I kid you not he then informed me this couple had been kicked out of Hillstone for using their phone at the bar!!! Bartender asked if he could close us out early since his shift was ending... Bartender was still performing his closing duties 20 minutes later as we were actually wrapping up our lunch... Dillon showed up and quickly fetched us some dressing for our salad that wasn't dressed. We noticed they were setting up for a big corporate event that night... and it appears that is where most of the attention was focused. In closing... while we'll likely be back because this was just one bad experience out of many... we wanted to bring awareness to staff and leadership that our expectations for your establishment are much higher. I love the vibe sixty vines has to offer! The lighting along with the floor to ceiling windows is a lovely addition to the experience. I've come in before but this time I came with some friends and we got a few appetizers and entrees to share, tapas style. The brussel sprouts (not pictured) were perfectly balanced, had great depth of flavor, and a nice crunch on them. The burrata was tasty but needed a bit more salt also. The steak was extremely tender and melted in your mouth, but lacked in the salt department. It paired perfectly with the potatoes though. I've been to Sixty Vines for brunch, lunch and dinner. My favorite of the 3 is definitely brunch. A lot of their menu items are available at all 3 times. One of those items is the shrimp and bacon pizza! It sounds so weird but it was delicious. I do wish that the crust was a little crispier to be able to hold up against the weight of all the toppings. I've also had the blisters shishito peppers but everyone agreed that they definitely needed some salt... like most places put that nice flaky salt right on top. A little of that and they would have perfect. I also love their brunch sandwich. But I've 1 good and 1 bad. The first one was perfect and a well-balanced combination of all the things but the second one was SOGGY. The melted cheese and bechamel was too much and the runny egg just made it all fall apart. So the consistency here can definitely be improved upon. But the potatoes are always good and crispy. Now for dranksss... so many wine options (hence the name) but there are also some delicious cocktails to choose from. My husband went with the G&T on tap and he liked it but it was too flowery and sweet for me. I went with the pomegranate Paloma and the sweetness was balanced by the Smokey mezcal. I loved it. I have been to sixty vines a few times for a girls lunch or date night, and while the atmosphere is charming and inviting, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The space itself is beautifully designed, with a fun and pretty vibe that made for an enjoyable setting. They have an impressive selection of wines, but unfortunately, none of them really stood out to me. While I appreciate the variety, I was hoping to find a standout bottle, but it felt like most of the options were either too bold or too light for my taste. I have tried a lot of the reds, but wouldn't go out of my way for any of them. As for the food, it was a mixed bag. Some of the salads and flatbreads were delicious, and definitely worth ordering, but there were a few dishes that didn't quite hit the mark. The inconsistency in the food was a little disappointing, but when you find a dish that works, it's a real treat, like the crispy zucchini appetizer they had a while back. Overall, sixty vines has potential, but it didn't quite live up to expectations in terms of the wines or the food on this visit. My best friend and I went to their Galentine's Day event. It was great! There was an assortment of pop up shops. We enjoyed the rose flight, margarita pizza, ceasar salad, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries. Our server was EXCELLENT, and the food was delicious. Each team member gave great customer service. I appreciate the restroom being clean on such a busy evening. With a reservation and all we ordered, the bill was less than $95 [which we split = affordable girl dinner]. On the way out, my best friend blessed me with some flowers from the pop up flower truck outside (for my grandma tomorrow - for Valentine's Day). I also noticed there was plenty of bar space over by the fire wood oven and buy the other bar. I tried the spicy sausage pizza which teams did fantastic. It was not very heavy and on the center side. I did not feel like I was being ripped off with the flavor bowl sauce and toppings. I also had the hummus as an appetizer and my guest and I will present it with two different tasting hummus jars. Sixty Vines is such a beautiful place! The restaurant definitely gives off elegant boho vibes and what could be better than a restaurant with wine on tap?? Our server was able to walk us through the entire menu as far as what wines we should try based on our tastes, and even walked us through the cocktail menus. I did sample some wine but we ended up sharing the centerpiece old fashion which definitely puts some hair on your chest! It pours roughly 3-4 drinks.My second drink of the night was the frozen aperol spritz which paired nicely with my dinner! I've never been to a place that serves shrimp on a pizza so of course I had to try it, especially with bacon on it! It tasted amazing! So much that I ended up finishing it all while I was there! It does have a strong garlic taste, so garlic lovers this is for you! My husband ordered the braised pork pappardelle which he absolutely loved! The pasta is made all in house and was cooked perfectly! The braised beef was very tender and flavorful!
