(I understand sometimes you have to check out the situation in-person, but who has time to schedule multiple appointments just to get a quote?) Since it wasn't an emergency, I said that he could come out any time this week, but he made it a priority and fixed the problems the next day. This time, it was only a running toilet plus needing to replace a shower head. (Yes, probably could have done it ourselves, but going with a professional with a 6-month guarantee is a no-brainer.)
