Honestly on the stucco repair/paint, you can't even tell the repair from the original stucco existing on the house. He also helped to sand, prime and paint a front window sill that was in need. Scott did a number of small jobs for me, although not as many as I had originally requested... based on his advising me that the cost/benefit of doing so would not come out in my favor! Things he did do: fixed the stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced two over-vanity light fixtures (including adjusting a bulb housing that wasn't exactly right!), removed anchors from a wall and fiberglass shower surround and patched the resulting holes, cleaned the drain and overflow of a bathroom sink and re-caulked the sink, patched a large sheetrock hole, helped hang additional drapery, and, in response to a last-minute request, switched the wiring for my foyer and front-door outside light switches...which had been driving me absolutely CRAZY since I moved in to my place years ago! He arrived on time, was neat and courteous, and put my needs above his own profit. Such customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend. read more

So I had to wait 3 weeks for Scott but I can see why - he was worth it. He installed a ceiling fan (new install) and gave me a remote for it. That alone took 2 hrs. But then in the remaining 2 hrs, he installed 2 light fixtures, hung a large mirror, installed one new medicine cabinet, and installed 2 bathroom fans which he ingeniously made work when they didn't fit in the spot. Please note I told him I did not want him to waste the time cleaning up, so I cleaned after myself. So, 4 hrs of work plus a ceiling fan remote and wiring supplies he used all for $435. He charges by the hr I believe it was $120/1st hr and $70/hr after that. But since he charged me $50 for ceiling fan remote, in retrospect it MAY have been cheaper for me to simply buy a fan that came with a remote in the first place. Even still I feel that this all was a really great deal. He is a genuinely nice guy too and.is clearly very skilled at nearly anything you mght need - he builds cabinets too! And incidentally - he is very tall - he rarely needed a ladder! I really enjoyed chatting with him and he had some good ideas for future projects. I will definitely be calling him again!!! read more

Super nice guy. Scott mounted my 65" tv. There were some hiccups with the spacers that came with the TV (I never would have been able to fix) and Scott got them fixed. My wall was also particularly difficult to work with but Scott knows his stuff and figured it out. Will definitely be using Scott again in the future. Updated 5/23/2018 Used Scott again for another job and he saved my bacon. Had a Washer/Dryer showing up and needed some help with the laundry room to get things to fit. So lucky he was here. Turns out the cold water valve broke. Luckily, Scott was here and was able to save the day by salvaging the value and the appliances got successfully installed. He suggested replacing the fluorescent kitchen lights above cupboards with LED lights rather than just replacing the ballast. Scott is a life saver! I had a limited amount of time and a ton of little jobs around my home to get done. When I called FIVE other companies, they didn't answer or return my call, which I find very unprofessional. This is the opposite of Scott. He returned my call and managed to squeeze me in for 3 appointments (we went day by day and that's how long it took to finish my seemingly never ending "to do" list, which he completed with ease!).
