After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. Would highly recommend for his communication, attentiveness and fixing the issue with a reasonable price.

My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!

What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

This is the second water leak mitigation & restoration we've done with C2C and while the PM on the…read morerestoration portion was outstanding this time, overall, there were more issues with the mitigation than last. Specifically, they subbed out the demo portion to another company which incurred more costs and thus lead to rejection of payment by insurance company. Or rather, it was ruled as costs extending beyond ordinary expenses. Had it been included with the mitigation equipment, the insurance would've likely accepted it, as it did last time. The actual work performed by everyone was great in the end, just as it had been last time. Everything was remediated properly and more importantly, timely. Brandon the PM on mitigation along with David the PM on the restoration side were great, with David being the most responsive and communicative PM I've ever worked with. Meaning, updates everyday, as promised. That was the best part of the whole project for me as an anxious homeowner. I will say that my own insurance agent didn't help matters either in this case. He was super hard to work with and eventually C2C had trouble reaching him. This also soured the whole experience as everyone worked to track him down by phone and to prove that all expenses were legitimate. I'm on the fence as to whether to use C2C again for mitigation. Would not hesitate to use them for restoration though.

Scott arrived on time. I showed him three jobs to do, one of which was to install a hot water recirculation system and the other two jobs were related to plumbing jobs. He was very friendly and quickly got to the point what have to be done. He didn't waste any time doing his jobs. I was very impressed by his performance and knowledge as a handyman. I hired a few handymen in the past, but Scott was the best handyman I ever hired. Besides, he was honest and very reasonable in charging time. As a result, the charge was very reasonable. We are a furniture retailer who had a delivery for a customer's coffee table come without the correct hardware. The hardware had to be mailed to the customer after our delivery company left, so we needed to find a repair company or handyman to come out to assemble the table for our customer within a week.
