Scott performed a miracle on my daughter's iphone X! When everyone else said it couldn't be done and that the phone and the data on the phone was a complete loss - Scott fixed it and recovered all the data! The phone had been splashed on a river rafting trip in Idaho and it would not turn on. We discovered that the phone had not been backed up since Sept 2018 which was a heartbreaking discovery so it was imperative we get this phone up and running to recover years of stored data on the phone. First we spent hours on phone with Apple and they couldn't get it to work and actually suggested using a 3rd party person try to extract the data at least. I started calling businesses listed on Yelp and the first company said they didn't think it was fixable based on what I was telling them and then I left a message for Scott's business- SK Repair Studio. I then just kept going down the list and had spoken with another local business who wasn't at all positive that they could do anything either. Then Scott called me back and said he was nearby and to text him my address and he'd come by in 30 minutes. He comes by, he gets the phone and takes it with him and then texts me maybe an hour later saying he's working on it and gives me an update to what he's doing. He then texts me a screenshot of the phone and it's WORKING and he told me all he had to do to get it functioning again and he replaced the cracked screen as well. He then had the phone back to me by 8:30pm that night and I paid him via venmo a very reasonable rate for recovering the phone's data and fixing the screen and getting the phone working again! We believe Scott was a miracle worker and call him an angel sent form heaven. He truly truly did an amazing job when everyone else thought all hope was lost!
