Incredibowl Entertainment - cheese steak sandwich w/ tater tots

I have not bowled here, but the wife has several times recently (she's in a league), but I have hung out to watch. The lanes, seating area and associated equipment are well kept. The food here is hit and miss. One time I did not care for the meal I ordered (roast beef sandwich), but then another time I had the Philly cheese steak and it was very tasty. The better half had a tuna melt and enjoyed it a lot. The onion rings, tater tots and fries were hot, firm and not greasy. The employees are quite friendly and patient (when ordering food anyhow). The prices are a little on the high side, but oh well. They have a serious game room and walking through noted the prices were not hateful. They are all very new looking, not old run down machines.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Incredibowl, but the experience fell short. The bowling area…read moreis very outdated, with peeling furniture, dirty floors, and equipment that clearly needs attention. Most of the staff also wasn't very friendly, and one interaction was especially concerning. An employee asked another member of my party about a medical condition and why they needed to use the smallest weight balls because they were worried about someone "breaking balls" from using too much force -- even though it was obvious this person wasn't physically capable of that. That kind of question felt unnecessary and could be a possible ADA issue. On top of everything, it was over $100 for a group of five, and with the condition of the place and the service we received, it just wasn't worth it. One bright spot was Noah in the arcade. He was easily the nicest and hardest‑working employee we encountered the entire visit. The arcade machines kept breaking down, and he came over multiple times to fix issues with zero complaints, zero attitude, and total professionalism. He genuinely cared about helping people, and honestly, he deserves a promotion or raise for how well he handled everything.

Amazing spot but managers need to train their employees better…read more There are two types of guns here: Gun A: fires narrow beam, but fully automatic Gun B: fires wider beam, but not fully automatic The employees had us all pick our guns and then started handing out..vests...and...headbands?! Folks, A comes with a vest where you can get hit on shoulders, chest, and back. B comes with a HEADBAND. A headband that many people will wear around their neck. What this means: folks with Gun A are very easy to hit. Folks with Gun B are very easy to hit. In our game, everyone with Gun B DOMINATED. I don't think these guns are equal, there needs to be more standardization. The games themselves though? An absolute blast. I played poorly every game but was still having an amazing time! You get a lot of excercise and it's genuinely thrilling. Bonus for the welcoming atmosphere for folks with all different cultura l and ethnic backgrounds, including gender neutral bathrooms!

The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired as does the party area. That being said the laser tag area was very cool with lots of places to hide and reset your gun. There is also a parent watch area you can stand in inside the laser area which is also cool. We'll be back. I'd love to see your his place improve over time.

We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Armageddon Laser Tag and unfortunately the overall…read moreexperience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Our laser tag session was scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM, with access to the party room at 2:15 PM for setup, as clearly outlined on their website (15 minutes for setup, 1 hour of laser tag, and 30 minutes afterward for pizza and cake). We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM, only to find that the previous party was still fully occupying the party room, and their pizza hadn't even arrived yet. There was no opportunity for us to set up as agreed. The previous party did not leave until 2:45 PM, which was already 30 minutes into our agreed upon time. We had booked the Silver Package, which advertises that the entire arena is closed to the public during your party time. Instead, guests were arriving with nowhere to settle and no clear transition between parties. To make matters worse, my husband had to spend the beginning of the party outside in the parking lot directing traffic and helping kids who were being dropped off because the parking lot was congested due to the previous party not leaving yet. Rather than being able to welcome guests and enjoy the start of the party, he was managing logistics outside. The chaotic start created so much stress that I, as the mom hosting the party, was incredibly overwhelmed and not able to truly enjoy the rest of the celebration. While the kids didn't seem to notice and genuinely had a great time once the laser tag game started, the staff running the games were very kind and engaging, but the overall party experience was anything but smooth. To his credit, the owner, Eric, did extend our party by 15 minutes and added a buy-one-get-one coupon to the goodie bags after we asked for some type of compensation. That gesture was appreciated. However, the core issue remains: the parties are scheduled too close together with no buffer time for proper transition, room reset, or parking turnover. For $575 plus tax for the Silver Package (which includes four MEDIUM pizzas and one drink per child), I expected a far more organized and stress-free experience. Adding even 15 minutes between parties would significantly improve customer satisfaction and prevent situations like this. Cutting it that close may maximize bookings, but it sacrifices the overall experience for families. The laser tag itself was great. The party coordination was not. Until scheduling and transition logistics are improved, I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here.
