Found great inexpensive, comfortable, walking shoes and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Needed some shoes for my new job that had to meet a couple of requirements: Black Leather, Non Slip and needed to be comfortable for me to be walking in all day. I searched online and found several brands - but was not able to try them on without visiting a retailer. So, I decided to stop by at this location to see what they had that met the employers requirements. The store is in a small strip mall - plenty of parking. The store is large with a large variety of shoes. They have a line of shoes "Skechers Work" that met some of the metrics but did not look good to me. There were several employees restocking the store (all wearing Skechers shirts/sweatshirts). No one greeted me when I walked in, no one asked if I needed any help. No acknowledgment at all. I left the store as I was not able to find anything I liked. A week later, I went back on the Skechers website and found some new inventory that were not available the prior week. I found a pair that met the requirements and I would be able to try them out when I got there. So I placed my order via the website and opted for in store pick up. I placed my order at 10AM and it stated that online orders are typically ready in 3-4 hours. I waited....and waited and waited some more. It's now 3PM, so I called the store. I asked if the employee would be able to check on the status of my online order and the employee said yes. The employee came back and apologized that they did not see the order til now. Advised that they will get it ready now and for me to wait for the "Ready" email, should be ready in a couple of minutes. The email finally arrived and I headed to the store. Went in and let the employee behind the counter know I was there to pick up an online order. I gave my name and the order# to the employee and he went to the back area to get the shoes. After a couple of minutes, the employee came back empty handed and asked another worker about my order. She pointed to the shoe box on the counter with a Post It note on it with my name. Employee 1 tries to scan the shoes to complete the pick up process and was not able to do so. Employee 2 helps him out with the scanner and was able to complete it. The biggest disappointment was they did not even notice my order sitting in the system until I called in. The price of the shoes were average with other brands. If I had more time, I would likely shop around . read more

Ive been needing shoes for work since my normal tennis shoes aren't cutting it so I stopped by at Skechers. They have an amazing deal going on right now if buy a pair and get half off of any pair of shoes that are over $25!! I took advantage of the sale and bought two work shoes lol. -The store is super clean and very organized! I came around 11pm and it wasn't busy whatsoever! This store is huuuuggee! There's a wide selection of shoes and a variety of shelves. -The customer service was excellent! I was helped out by two young girls today and they were awesome! They helped me find deals and find the exact shoes I was looking for! -The prices are very affordable for a good pair of comfort , slip resistant shoes. We just left this Skechers location as very happy customers! When we walked in we were promptly greeted by an enthusiastic cashier. She welcomed us and told us about the store sales. After finding our shoes she rang them all up. Some how balanced quick service and a friendly attitude. She made small talk with our little one and made sure we found our store account to get points. I've never logged into the account so she drew us a little picture detailing how to do so. As soon as that was done the cashier hopped over to the popcorn machine and got our little one some popcorn; also serving the rest of the kids near by. It's a surprise for me to know there's one close to my hood. Located on Garvey and Valley boulevard, it is also close to the 10 freeway. There's many selection inside, women's, men's, youth's, boots, sandals, heels, rubber, leather, fabric, plastic, in all colors and sizes. I wanted these black work wear shape ups unfortunately for me they didn't have my size. I would've bought 2 pairs because they had a sale for buy 1 get 1 50% off. I think it's always the first ones that get sold out. Oh well. Still, I stayed a few minutes longer and looked at the cute babies' and kids' shoes and boots. No, I'm not infanticipating, lol. They were just nice to look at. I'll try again sometime and hope I'm lucky to find that exact pair I wanted in my size. read more

There is a young man here who will literally make you feel like an idiot if you don't get buy one get one or sign up for emails so you can have discount codes. He told me 4 times that I need these promotions I said I was in a hurry and then he didn't take my card until I asked him if I needed to swipe it yet. Total attitude and I will not be here again. Good discount store but air conditioners don't work at all. Is 65 degrees outside and inside feels close to 100 degrees. You see customers and workers over sweating. Honestly I had to leave the store quick because I started feeling dizzy. Finally I got out of the store and head to the shoe store across the street next to game stop. Prices their are good also and air conditioners definitely work. This store does have discounts but i highly recommend not going their especially if you have health issues. Saving a few bucks is not as putting your health at risk. One more thing, they have 8 air conditioners and only one supposedly works out of the whole outlet store and having a hot popcorn machine will make it worse. read more

This store is quite big, has a large amount of shoes and offers a "buy one get one 1/2 off" sale. Usually when I come here, there's not that many customers and a few staff members at the register or out on the floor assisting or doing merchandising. So today my mother and I came in and she was looking for some shoes for herself. She found a pair she liked and asked a male staff member (mid-late 20's stocky guy with brown hair and eyes) who was in our area to see if a pair on size 9 was available. He said he'd check and we waited well over 15 minutes for him, during which he came out on the floor a couple times with boxes in hand but always headed the opposite direction. Finally my mother walked over to him to ask if he found the shoes, in which he replied that he did not check because he got sidetracked. There was only two other customers near us and no more than 10 people in the store (including staff) so who knows what his response was all about. All he could have done was tell us that he was unable to find the shoes in the correct size but I guess that was too much. In the end, she found two pairs and purchased them with a young female clerk who was quite friendly and did a smooth transaction. However, if the young man would have given better customer service, it would have saved us some time. read more

This store is huge and has a wide range of shoes to select from. Everything is spaced apart nicely, there are a few rows of shoes in the back where they were displayed on higher racks, so it made it slightly difficult for shorter people. Otherwise it was a great store for me! read more

Never shopping here again. The manager Pat is so rude. I wanted to return shoes that were only worn 4 days and left bruises on my husbands feet and he didn't want to give me my money back. How is anyone supposed to know if shoes are going to work out without wearing them??? doesn't make sense. the cashier told us we could return the shoes no problem as long as we had the receipt. we purchased shoes elsewhere and had no need for another pair for either of us. The manager actually said he was doing us a favor by giving us store credit. Very rude and his attitude was terrible. I've already contacted corporate on this issue. hopefully they can resolve it. I had a great experience coming here, I haven't bought Skechers since I was a teenager and I came in to buy some work shoes. The store is huge and has a wide selection of shoes. As I walked in I was greeted right away by a sales associate with a nice Welcome to SKECHERS. They asked if I was looking for an item and I told them I needed non slip work shoes and I was taken to the section. I tried on a few pairs and found one that fits just right, so I took this with me. I had a coupon for 30% and it was applied to my transaction, I did save over $20 so I was happy. I was in and out in 30 minutes, happy I came in here. I will be coming back as well. Generally it's a great Skechers store, compare with other Skechers outlet. 1) Sufficient size storage, style, diversity choices for no matter men, women, even kids. 2) Some prices are cheaper than other Schechers outlet in mall. With large trial space, you can say it's an oasis to step by, look around without shopping expression. 3)Try first before you buy, it seems some shoes are wide type but the outer box doesn't have any label or mark to show that. some size were put in the box where it shouldn't belong(like size 8 in size 8.5 box),that would be a little bit confusing. Nice service! there's one women paid attention to check the status of the shoe including shoelace/size before I check out. Reliable service and I'll come back again. read more

I've been to this Skechers store a few times. They have a wide variety of shoes but sometimes trying to find one with the right size is almost impossible. Today, service was pretty bad. The girl behind the sales desk provided one of the worst customer service I've had in quite a long time. I was there to exchange shoes and she stares at me giving this nasty look.
