Old navy is having a liquidation sale. Went to purchase a yellow shirt so i could dress as a minion for the movies. And they had it. I also bought a couple more shirts, some leggings that had pockets and stitch socks. It said it was 7.99 but when it rung up it was only 2.99. Definitely worth. I shouldve gotten another once since i was expecting to pay 7.99 so technicially the stitch socks were free if you girl math. read more

It's been so long since I've shopped at Old Navy, but since we were on vacation in SoCal and we had some time to kill at the mall. So friends took us here and we walked around. Since it's SALE season, lots of racks of discounted items. It's a lot of sale items and honestly too tiring to go through looking for a good deal. The return process for online purchases is very easy and straightforward. The customer service is nonexistent...including from the assistant manager. A simple smile and thank you goes a long way, but unfortunately, I received neither of those. The selection of the merchandise is good, but the prices, including sale items, are much better online. read more

Pay VERY close attention at the register when you check out. On my last trip here (6/8/2018), I was overcharged on almost every item!! Had to get back in line to fix this. Super annoying/time consuming. Tanks that were clearly placed on the $6 table, rang up as $9.99. Each and every one of them! Shirts & tanks that said 40% off were full price @ the register. Why put the signs up if that's not the real price. Guy working there had the audacity to tell me I was confused when he's the one that couldn't find the items that needed a price check. I had to walk him to the little girls section and show him where the merchandise was. And point to the real prices. I don't have time for your incompetence dude!! Maybe it's an Old Navy tactic but that's not cool. Come on guys. I'm here to get deals for my kids. You think I want to shop here? If I had loads of money I would shop at The Gap! If you have kids or are a kid, you need play clothes, plain and simple. There's a time to wear an $800 suit, and a time to wear $15 khaki shorts... generally speaking, these are mutually exclusive. For working around the house, short trips to the local San Gabriel Mountains, fishing on the pier, or heading to the park to push my kids on the swings, $15 cargo shorts win every time. That is really where this particular Old Navy store shines. While they are located in the mall-- A place I try to avoid like the plague - - I can generally park on the Penny's side, sneak in, quickly purchase what I need, and get out in 20 minutes or less. For the most part, my shopping list here almost always includes a couple of pairs of shorts, a couple of T-shirts, a pair of swim trunks, and little else. More disclosure: I come here twice a year; once at the end of the school year to grab my summer play clothes, and once at the end of summer to get more shorts for the "winter" temps that dip into the 80s in SoCal. Occasionally, Mrs. Picante drags our little ones here for playclothes, too. Cheap prices... Cheaper even then Target or Kohl's. Sure, you have to endure the insipid soundtrack that is a little too loud throughout the entire shopping trip, but I suppose it's worth it to avoid having my kid spill a whole chocolate milk on $90 shorts. I love this location because the clearance section is full of hidden gems. You will find some good stuff for cheap if it's from the prior season. The staff is friendly and they are good with your wild kids hiding in clothing racks. Sometimes they give you balloons. Clean location in the mall. read more

I like Old Navy's commercials and advertisements in the Sunday papers because they always have some kind of theme or story to them. The clothing they sell are pretty cute and trendy and also quite affordable. For the price, the quality is also pretty good and lasting. This location is located up stairs near the Auntie Anne's (they have delicious pretzels, but just had to mention that the health care provider in me has to say that these guys are not healthy though). Generally the aisles are pretty clean and usually adequately stocked. But if you go to the back of the store, the clearance section is another story. Sometimes clothing is nicely hung and somewhat organized. But of course people who pick through the clearance section don't always put things back where they found it and decide that another random place for their item that they no longer want would be best placed elsewhere. Unfortunately there is rarely an employee or 2 back here to help regulate and clean up some of the mess (why do people leave clothing they do not want on the floor? Clothes should be respected and hung properly so someone else can purchase it). The changing rooms here are mixed with both men and women (so no separate changing rooms) and have always been clean each time I have used one (I don't usually try clothing on at the store, I really prefer to try them on at home and drive back to return the item if they do not fit). Lines can be long sometimes, not just because the place may be busy but it is due mainly to only seeing 1 or 2 registers open. If another employee could just jump onto a register, it would definitely help to cut down on the wait time. The best things I like to buy at Old Navy are the flip flops (love all the skittle colors... colors of the rainbow.. can really find one for every outfit), fleeces/ sweaters and novelty shirts (you know the ones with the random funny slogans on them and such). This has to be the worst old navy!!! I was just trying to explain what had happened to the manager. And she started to give me attitude. I just wanted to reorder my items. I told her she had an attitude. And she turned around saying I had an attitude. You would think she would try to understand me and help me. No she didn't. She told me I had an attitude. Store management is nonexistent. Merchandise is displayed horribly in most Old Navy's but this one is the worst. Displays are squished together so it's hard to see the items or push strollers through near the baby area. The cash register line will have 15-20 customers waiting to be run up and they will have only 2 clerks at the registers. Well, it's Old Navy. We've all been there and done that. This mall location is definitely better than my local strip mall location since its way bigger and way more selection of jean styles and sizes. And it's nice and spacious with tons of room and easy to see everything offered since the displays are not cramped. But WHY do you NEVER have the SHORT length in the jeans?? No short people at the malls? Season styles are hit and miss. Some seasons are hideous and sloppy and other seasons are very cute. I don't come here for the latest in high end fashion, but you can always find good quality basics here like tank shirts and camis for layering or long sleeved layering tees , or a comfortable pair of jeans. Oh, and flip flops in the summer! I love their nice thick cushy flip flops in every color and design. And despite being so cheap in price for all these things, the quality is very good and its lasts through wears and washes and seasons. Definitely a great place for good priced basics that won't fall apart on you. The kids working here are always very friendly. You can use your Gap card here to get Gap points. I can't really complain when it comes to sales coming out from Old Navy. This location has plenty of selections for jeans in my size for my pot belly. Huge store and easy to walk around. They have decent prices just like the other locations. I like this one in the Santa Anita mall because it's all about presentation. The shirts are nicely folded, not all over the floor. Actually I'm the one who's making all the mess. The jeans, shirts, and sweaters are all decent prices. Especially when the holidays kick in, Oh wow I'm there. Their staff are super friendly and they kept the store organized. I just love going to the clearance section if there are any of my sizes. I can't wait for their big annual sales again. read more

My babe and I showed up here over the weekend to get some flip flops for out of town guests. I hate malls and most people. We picked out 4 pairs of sandals for our Japanese guests. Old Navy can't compare to Gap, although I don't like Gap very much either (Banana Republic is the best one out of the three co-brands). Inexpensive prices for cheap quality clothing. They have a lot of stuff that LOOKS cute at first glance, but in the end, it's always the fabric that sucks (either it's not the right material they should've used or it's the cheap fabric that stretches out within a couple of wears). One thing I do like is that they have SOMETIMES cute footwear, since the sizes run out fast at this location. I've found zebra print flats and gladiator sandals all for cheap prices. I bought the sandals for $20, and then a week later, they were on sale for $12. WOW. Oh, but then after having them for about 4-5 months, the straps broke on me. This is now the closest Old Navy to me, now that the one in West Covina is closed. This store seems a lot bigger than the West Covina one. Theres plenty of merchandise in the store, employees are friendly and they greet you as they see you. Store is clean for the most part and things are where they're supposed to be. I've shopped here 3 times and EVERYTIME their is an issue with pricing and I have to go back inline to fix the problem. Last time I asked to speak to a manager and she was not helpful. Great customer service and easy returns/exchanges! I usually shop for old navy clothing online because it's just easiest for me to look for deals & get instant cash back. I almost never go into the stores because I feel as though their in-store sales aren't as good. I came in today to process a return from an online order. I also wanted to exchange a pair of booties for another size. The return was super quick and easy, and the team member who helped me was super friendly. There weren't that many people in the store because it was a Thursday afternoon. For the exchange, they didn't have the product in store anymore, so the store manager (?) Louie was called to help process this. The booties online were actually $15 instead of the $20 I paid, and I got the price adjustment as well! I also got free shipping, and was told it would arrive in 5-7 business days. I went to Old navy on Friday between 2:30-3:00PM because I saw some deals posted outside of the store. So I went in and found some clothes that I wanted to purchase because it was on sale. When I was about to be next in line, the girl cashier rolled her eyes at me and gave me the dirtiest look and walked away. I mean, what was the reason for that? I would mention her name but I don't think it's appropriate. I hope the district manager can identify her by looking at last week schedule. Anyways, I was the only person in line and she could've rung me before leaving her department. What was her problem?! I was so upset that I didn't end up buying anything so I just walked out. Located in the indoor mall, it is convenient to have an affordable, reliable store available amongst the more expensive, higher-end brands. I go here for basics (camis, tank tops, sometimes jeans), and I am rarely disappointed at the quality for the price. They always have great sales, so this store is perfect for the budget shopper. This particular location is verrry spacious, but a drawback to that is the store sometimes looks a bit bare, because there is so much space, but not enough clothes to fill up the store. However, I would prefer under-crowded to over-crowded. The staff here is friendly. I've never been in the dressing rooms so I can't speak to that. read more

I've been frequenting this Old Navy location quite often this past summer after seeing all of their ads promoting their clearance and summer sales. They have a nice variety of basics like cotton T-s, tanks, jeans, and shorts which should be staples of every closet IMO. I've been purchasing a lot of my clothing here for $8-10 which is a pretty good deal. Most of the clothing is well organized but there are some areas of the store like the Clearance section which looks like a tornado just ran through it. The employees are rather pleasant, sometimes greeting you as soon as you walk in or while you're browsing asking if you're looking for something in particular. Also, at check out, most of the employees are friendly and try not to push you to apply for the ON credit card which I very much appreciate :) Good place to stock up on basics and perhaps a few accessories too! Perfect for someone on a budget. Worst return policy ever. Went in today to return t-shirts that my husband got for Christmas. The necks were all stretched out and their sizing is very inconsistent. We didn't have a receipt and they don't offer immediate merchandise credit. We understand that we must accept the lowest sales price but it makes no sense that we must wait 10 business days for a store certificate to be mailed to our house. Who does that? On top of the above mentioned problem, they wouldn't honor the price tag on one of their clearance jeans. The cashier was pleasant enough but the female manager was unhelpful and not customer service focused. I guess that's why I never shop at low end stores like this. Easy one stop shop for the casuals. It's got your basics. Tshirts, shorts, sweats, jeans at bargain prices compared to other retailers. The staff are friendly and helpful. I get asked to start an old navy card, which I already have, pretty often. But they usually time it just right when I need a size or looking for something. They do all the work. The other times I won't buy anything because nothing good, wrong size/they don't have and small variety. most of us have vision of the TV commercial in our head when we see an old navy store, the dancing and singing. this store is big i think. and the clothing is okay not the best but i you'll get a deal most of the time. for those who like to save you can go to the back of the store where they have there (out of season / style cloths) the staff are kind of M.I.A. you just can't find them when you need them. the dressing room is not so helpful at all. in the booth it said something like this ( hang the cloths on the door and they'll come and help you get the right size) but noting happen....... when checking out i don't know why they have like 12 register but there are only using just 1 "come on people there is a long line" over all place is okay and great if your on a budget. read more

I have loved Old Navy since if opened in the malls. Jeans and Cargo's for 20 bucks, button up shirts for 15-20, T-shirts for 8, jackets for 30, and a clearance section in every store! Not only is it cheap clothes, but these clothes typically last me a long time. They are not the most fashionable, but they arent out of fashion either. I've gone out to clubs in all Old Navy before and people asked where I got my shirt, LOL. These stores are everywhere and every week there is a special item on sale. Can't go wrong here. read more

So we went into Old Navy at the mall Friday. There was a distinctive odor as we walked in. Hell the place stank! How sad that the management would open to the public, when the store was unclean. I was in retail management for many years, and cleanliness was always paramount. I believe the source of the odor is that they are washing their concrete floors with dirty water. Old navy is pretty cool. They have a cool selection of shirts and jeans. The best part is when they have the little clearance rack with button up shirts for like $4. These are usually last seasons styles but who cares. Nobody has ever told me, "hey that was last years style". read more
