So I will have to admit, I haven't been much of a fan of sketchers tennis shoes for myself in the last around 7 years that they automatically started putting this air foam/memory foam soles in all/most of their shoes. I used to like them before that, but after due to how I walk I always ended up with holes in the foam after about 2 months of daily wear & tear. But my youngest seemed to do fine wearing them & the price point for the tennis shoes at other stores was what we generally looked for with them. Recently he really liked the Minecraft & Dinosaur themed ones, and with him getting to the awkward almost to big for kids shoes but to small for adult size. We had gotten his last ones elsewhere but finally had to buy online to get one more pair of the dinosaurs one & found them at a great price. With ordering online I ended up signed up for an extra $5 rewards for downloading the app. So I ended up in store to use that instead of shopping online. Now to the actual store itself ... this generally has been said to be an outlet but even the clearance felt regular price/I've found better prices at shoe stores that sell multiple brands. The same shoes i had just bought online was about $20 more in store than online. The store was a bit of a mess; though seemed to have a good selection, just priced a little higher than expected. I ended up finding a single pair of shoes priced at $10 ... everything else was easily closer to $20/$30 ... for a friends kiddo. When on the floor I didn't really see any staff members outside of the check out area. When checking out there was some confusion, and they tried to claim I didn't have a $5 reward but it got figured out. Honestly unless you live right here and don't want to have to drive down the road a bit to where there is a shopping center with a couple shoe stores and a target near by, I can see the appeal & convenient nature of this store. But like I said, I personally don't wear sketchers anymore & my youngest is in that awkward size state that we'll likely end up at a store that sells multiple brands ... or on their website... to have a better shot at finding what we need at a price we're willing to pay. read more

Went to this Sketchers store about 2.30 pm today the air conditioner wasn't on or broke it was like 90 degrees in this building I had to leave. Can't shop in a place with no air. It's already hot outside and thinking you can go to a store to get a little relief walking in the store but nope. Sorry I had to do this but the workers deserve better. read more

Pros the store itself is very clean Cons the staff isn't really that friendly no greeting upon entering, no asking if anyone needs assistance. The selection is decent they don't have many larger sizes 12+ that I was able to find so my personal selection of possibilities was very limited. Buy one get one half off is a pretty nice value though. read more

What I liked about this Skechers store, that it was clean, nest and well organized. It carries a variety of shoes and socks and appears to be well stocked. In my experience staff were friendly and welcoming. Now, I get it and understand not every one has the same experience, and even though this may be true. Store is still a great place to visit. read more

FYI who ever decides to buy a pair of shoes don't fall for their "special" or apparently half of it if wanna make a return or exchange they wanna rip you off your money giving you less of what you paid for, don't fall for it. Came here on a hunt for wide width youth shoes. This is one of the only places nearby that has them. The store is neatly laid out, labeled well and very clean. The cashier was very nice and helpful. They also have a great deal of 50% off your second pair of shoes. I will certainly be back here again. read more

Visited this store today. Good selection of shoes. My reason for the one star review: The customer service was terrible/nonexistent. Upon entering the store I immediately spotted three female employees, possibly a fourth all standing around at the registers at the front of the store without customers. Not one single employee greeting upon entering and/or browsing the store, they never asked if I needed assistance, never once acknowledged my existence, not even to say goodbye when I left. At one point I contemplated taking my phone out of my pocket to take a photo of all the employees at the registers with their backs to the store and customers; it was clear the employees were not interested in assisting anyone; this went on for several minutes until another customer had to walk to the front of the store to retrieve one. Needless to say, I left the store empty handed and went elsewhere to purchase the several pair I wanted. read more

I went to Sketchers in Euless, TX on Monday, 12/31/18, looking for some new sneakers. I was greeted immediately and allowed to look for myself as I requested. I was checked on frequently and helped with anything I asked for. The store had plenty of other shoppers but they always rounded back to me to make sure I was good. Every employee was pleasant and spoke to me yet I did not feel pressured in any way! I wound up with sneakers and a pair of suede boots all for under $70 thanks to BOGO. Coming up with two pair of shoes is always tough for me being a woman with 11w feet but I found the selection to be plentiful! I will definitely be coming back! read more

While this store may have a ton of shoes for kids, women and men they leave me dissatisfied and dissapointed because they don't carry a good selection of women's size 11. I have been in this store quite a few times since it opened and always leave empty handed. For me it's not the price or quality, it's because they simply don't carry my size in any style I ever liked.
