Stopped by and talked to Max about mounting new bindings to my brand new skis which I had purchased elsewhere. Max had the bindings I needed in stock and at a lower price than any other shop in the area. I bought the bindings and had them mounted. Assistant manager Anna called me later in the day and explained there was a slight issue during the mounting. She profusely apologized and offered several solutions which were more than acceptable. I picked up the skis with new bindings the next day and all is well. The most important piece of any business is how they handle situations when things don't go exactly as planned, and Anna is a wonderful example of how to treat a customer! I can't say enough great things about Ski N See. First, know that the Lowell address is right on the lower floor at the base of Park City. It's extremely convenient to rent your equipment and if you have any problems you can go back in for help. In my case, I was having trouble with one of my boots and Justin helped me get it just right. They will even help you get your boots off if you need it. Their prices are affordable and half the prices of the Park City inside rentals at the base. We rented during the very busy mid-February time period and there was no wait. They have staff waiting to help. Finally we booked for two and unfortunately my husband got injured and was unable to ski. They were extremely nice and didn't charge for the second reservation. I had a fantastic day of skiing, took Justin's advice of the ski length and really appreciate all of the great service! read more

My wife and I and several friends all rented our gear here for a week of skiing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They have a great selection and everything is in really nice shape. In a huge area of nothing but ski rental places, this place was a little tough to find, but definitely worth it. Great place to rent ski/snowboard gear! I especially like that they have many different locations and you can drop your stuff off at any of them. Very convenient for us as we went to 3 different resorts while we were there. We picked up from the downtown location and I was able to easily exchange my boot size at the Park City location since it was too tight. Also make sure you reserve ahead of time online. The earlier the better as you can get a bigger discount. No deposit is required to reserve. read more

Ski N See, through a small gesture, ensured I'd be a a repeat customer. The rental process was your typical rental process. They gave me a board (I went Demo, and it was a great board), fitted it how I wanted, gave me a pair of boots that were comfortable, and sent me on my way for my 2 day rental. Good service, but nothing I thought twice about. Where they distinguished themselves is that I unfortunately for the first time in my life injured myself during snowboarding. One late day ankle sprain later, it was clear I would not be riding on day 2. I held out hope though, and chose to keep my boots and put my board in storage. The next next morning it was absolutely clear it wasn't going to happen, so I went in around 10:30 to return the boots. This is when the unexpected happened, they refunded my day two. I didn't ask, in fact I was shocked he even offered, but they said "we aren't going to charge you for something you didn't use". We're not talking about a ton of money here. In the grand scheme of a ski weekend, the $35 rental fee was the the least of my budgetary concerns. But the gesture was very appreciated and for that, 5 stars. read more

Two-Point-Take: 1. Great service and gear availability with good price point. 2. Convenient storage ability at the base. It always helps to have HELP when you're preparing to shoop-shoop down the slopes and the guys at Ski-N-See did just that for my group of friends and I. They were easy to book with especially since we had a large group of 14 people. We also received a 20% discount on our rentals. I like their price point and gear selection as well. We were a little inconvenienced as they had two stores side by side and their records aren't shared so you have to first figure out which side has who's records and rental equipment. Once we made sure everything was accounted for on one side, we were good. Other than that, they provided GREAT service (thus the 4th star) and took the time to make sure our gear was fitting to each boarder/skier. I especially appreciated that they answered all my questions on boot fittings, readjusting my board, and even helpful advice for being a better boarder. I also switched out my boots and board for a better comfort level after the first day and they were happy to help me with that too. They were also willing to store my husband's personal board as well as providing very reasonable pricing for a full-tune up and other board servicing. Another pro would be the fact that they're located at the base and you can store your gear with them when you're done for the day and pick it up bright and early when they re-open and be ready to hit the slopes! Several of us rented from ski-n-see and were pleased with their service. We registered online ahead of time but it still took a while once we got in to coordinate everything. They didn't have the boots that I wanted in my size so they upgraded me to the next level up for the same price. They store skis and snowboards overnight for free and it's super easy to drop them off and pick them up. We will definitely use Ski-n-see again next time we're on the mountain. read more

I've stumbled on this location by chance. There are many rental stores around PC base area, but this one provided quick, professional and very flexible service. Being an advanced skier, I prefer to rent a certain brand and model of skis every year. This location had what I wanted and actually the '17-'18 Winter model I was looking and hoping to ski on during my trip. They were able to match a 20% discount offered by other stores as well, and same discount was applied to some goggles and helmet we've purchased from them. We've asked for 5 out of 6 days rentals, and they let us keep our equipment without any additional charge for the extra "break" day. Airlines lost my daughter board bag with all her ski clothing. They told us to go to Ski N See and we're are so glad they did. We went to the shop at the Park City village. The staff was terrific, everyone was very knowledgeable and patient. They had a great selection of rental boards, boots, pants, and jackets. We liked the store and staff so much we needed up going back for several other purchases. We'll definitely check them out next time we're in Park City and HIGHLY recommend everyone does. My wife rented a pair of high performance skis for 7 days. on day 2 of the rentals, I did some research and found that a store 5 blocks away -- Cole's was 10 dollars less per day. When I asked them to price match, they said "no, sorry we don't price match." Are you kidding me?! in this day and age of competitive markets??!!! Reserved online Demo skies, however when I went to pick them up, they had basically nothing left as you can not reserve any specific skies. They had 1 pair left that I would even consider and was very disappointed, plus they were last years model basically defeating the purpose of renting a demo. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement - I was trying to rent a wider ski but kept being offered narrow skis that were far too short. The guys here are awesome. We decided to leave our boards at home and rent some demos here. I ended up on a K2 and hubs got a Burton. Although they were definitely not as good as our boards, we were satisfied with how they rode. Both were in need of some wax, so we took them back after a run and the guys hooked it all up. The guy who cashes everyone out (manager I think), is great and treated us very well. We are unlikely to rent again, but for anyone that does, I would highly recommend this shop! read more

Just the best experience possible here. Rented demo skis from them w/20% off coupon from the car rental people. My brother didn't like the first pair of skis they gave him but they switched it out the same day without a problem and he loved the 2nd pair. They were pretty efficient at getting us in and out both with the rental and the return. I also returned my skis a day early and they refunded the unused day! Highly recommended. read more

They (and Tom, the manager, in particular) provided great service. Helped select appropriate skis for someone (me) who has skied for decades, but infrequently, and not on powder. Liked the skis so much I bought them, and they shipped them to my home. Very knowledgeable, watched them work at length and very nicely with me and with other customers who had sometimes basic and sometimes pretty complicated questions. Good storage for stuff during the day and overnight. Unquestioned refund when one of our party was injured and could not ski any more. Good prices. Bottom line: Have been skiing for 60 years, seen a lot of shops, and recommend these folks very highly. Will definitely use then again for our family. read more

Rented for 3 days at the Park City Mountain location. No one bothered to mention that if you chose to store your skis overnight, that you had to wait in line behind people that were going through the entire rental process to pick up your skis. Had to wait close to 40 minutes to pick up my skis the last morning while they were renting skis to other people. Very poor system. Not a very good demo selection as well. I will go back to renting from Aloha. read more
