After signing a few papers, her RN Tia came out and took us back to a room. Tia was amazing and super nice!! She got everything going and kept us informed on what was next and approximate wait times. Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great. Injectables can be a very nerve wracking thing, but the nurse who helped me, Raquel was so kind and sweet. She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). They're located in a plaza where parking is pretty easy too, which makes it a a plus! A few weeks later and I'm loving my results so far. No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients. I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism.
