Bailey was down to earth, friendly and checked in at various times throughout the appt, but was not overly chatty, which made for a nice relaxing appt. The facial itself was very different from past experiences, in a very good way. The extractions were not painful and I was a little doubtful that anything happened, but when I went hope my skin looked great and a lot of small bumps had been removed.
