I got a microdermabrasion which was much needed. It really exfoliated all of the dead skin on my face and I found out my skin was even more congested than I thought. I left with more even looking smoother skin and noticed a difference in the absorption of my skincare products. Horrible. First of all the place smells like dog pee and they had 2 dogs roaming around the medspa. The "Botox" never kicked in so pretty sure they completely diluted it to nothing. I tried to schedule a follow up and they cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment. I booked a 10 AM appointment for an EMS treatment to arrive and find out that they don't even open until 10:30AM. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule and I should have called and not booked through their website which is a wild thing to tell a client. I love getting their micro needling facial to revamp my skin that needs tending to. One of my favorite of theirs is their indoor suana room. I love regularly popping in here to detox my body and sweat it out in my private indoor sauna room where you get ultimate privacy with the added luxury of getting your own TV to watch your favorite Netflix show. The owner, Rober, is the greatest of all times. I love this place. Roberto is wonderful and a master esthetician! I've done several different treatments for face and body including radio frequency, facials, peptide treatments and peels. My skin, at 57, is starting to reverse its aged appearance. I'm seeing a tighter jaw line, less fine less and wrinkles and softer smoother skin. I booked a dermaplaning facial for both me and my roommate to prepare for our graduation photos and we were very disappointed with our experience. I booked both facials under my name as the booking allowed me to select multiple guests. When we arrived, the business was unaware that there was two of us needing services so my roommate's esthetician was over 30 minutes late. My roommate laid in the room by herself for over 30 minutes. My roommate and I also booked the same dermaplaning wonder facial and both got vastly different services. I received light therapy and electric extractions, while my roommate received a mud clay mask and cold rolling. My personal experience with the facial was not good either. My esthetician, Christina, actually cut my chin pretty deep during the dermaplaning and I had a cut for my graduation photos 5 days later. I also felt like my facial was not very gentle when I was having products rubbed on my face. We both paid $215 each for the facials and tips and we are both dissatisfied with the service. read more

I came here for a facial. My aesthetician was obviously extremely green and unexperienced. It's clear she cared more about upselling me then actually giving me the service I needed or wanted. She did a 95 dollar up charge (which is also an outrageous price) on a derma planning treatment she did not have proper training on which left my chin with multiple cuts (from the razor used) after I advised I felt the blade was as hurting me. Soon after my facial the cuts started to scab up at which time I called to make them aware of my dissatisfaction and they offered to refund my service and give me a blue light therapy, however I have zero desire is to ever return. read more
