Hands down, Andrea saved my skin. I've been struggling with acne since the 6th grade. I'm so thankful

What a great experience. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns about the bags under my eyes…read moreand then made recommendations on how to best approach treatment. We discussed other areas where I wanted to look more "well rested"and Annie came up with a treatment plan over several phases. I'm happy to report I just finished my second treatment and when I look in the mirror I see younger eyes and fuller lips and an overall more rested looking face. I wanted something that looked natural and Annie definitely delivered. Now, I can't wait to return for the next phase. As someone who's in their wiser years I appreciate the consultative approach that Annie took by not only addressing my aesthetic look but also the health and improvement of my skin texture and elasticity. I've already recommended Annie to several of my friends and family members. If you're looking for someone who offers a full range of services and where you can be confident in their expertise, then look no further, Annie is the person to see.

I reached out to Aesthetic Intelligence through their website because I had several questions about…read moretheir services and pricing before deciding whether I wanted to move forward. Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

My wife has been dealing with hormone issues for a while, and after not getting much help from our…read moreregular doctors, we decided to reach out to Total Med Solutions. Matthew got us set up with an appointment and walked us through the basics of BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) and women's hormone therapy. We met with Melanie at the Dallas office, and she was amazing -- very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything about testosterone and estrogen balance and how pellet therapy works. We left feeling informed and hopeful, with way more clarity than we ever expected. We're going back soon to start treatment, and we feel really confident about it. I'd definitely recommend Total Med Solutions to anyone looking for help with women's hormones, BHRT, or testosterone therapy in the Dallas area.

I went in on 5/7 and told her I wanted the hollow cheeks gone and some lip filler. She recommended Juvederm Voluma (1 syringe per cheek) $598 ea/special plus Juvederm Skinvive (1 syringe) in lips $350 = spent $1546. (I also wanted botox in forehead but it wasn't in my budget.). I waited a couple weeks but wasnt happy still seeing hollow cheeks after spending $1200. I had several gf's tell me "she should make it right" so I went back in asking for a "touch up". She wanted to charge me for an additional syringe and I refused - told her I wasnt happy about that. I got a Mothers day gift card from my kids so had her do my forehead (Jenueau) but that is the Only reason I gave her more business. Now I have huge bumps above each eyebrow.... I will be finding another place.

I went to a dermatologist and somehow ended up in an escape room…read more The objective was simple: figure out what was actually wrong with me before the medical team did. I initially presented with a lesion on my foot. A biopsy was performed, pathology was reviewed, and I was told it was benign. Great news. I left believing the issue had been properly diagnosed and managed. Months later, that confidence began to unravel. One provider looked at the lesion and seemed uncertain. Another openly expressed confusion. Another questioned whether the pathology report actually supported the original diagnosis. Watching multiple professionals within the same practice disagree about the same case was not reassuring. It was alarming. Then came the plot twist. The diagnosis changed. What I had originally been told was benign was ultimately diagnosed as Kaposi Sarcoma. To be clear, medicine is complicated. Rare cases happen. Pathology can be challenging. No reasonable patient expects perfection. What patients do expect is communication, coordination, and accountability when something significant changes. Instead, I was left WITHOUT HELP managing my own case! I found my own specialists. I pursued additional opinions. I coordinated records. I researched next steps. I followed up when communication stopped. Literally THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME RECORDS OR REPLY TO ANY QUESTIONS OR EMAILS! At times it felt less like receiving medical care and more like being assigned a full-time project. The emotional impact of being told "it's benign" and later hearing "you have cancer" is difficult to describe. It is the kind of news that changes the way you think, sleep, and process every interaction that follows. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once I entered a different medical office - the difference was immediate and obvious. Doctors reviewed pathology, ordered imaging, discussed strategy, coordinated care, answered questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. They also treated me with respect. NO homophobic accusations, never called me a liar and never made me feel like a second class citizen. Most importantly, they treated me like a human being. That contrast highlighted everything that had been missing. I also experienced interactions that left me feeling dismissed, judged, and disrespected. As a gay man, there were comments and behaviors that were biased and inappropriate. Whether intentional or not, the result was the same: I left feeling less like a patient and more like a problem. I was gay shammed and called a liar multiple times. Not everyone at the practice was responsible for that experience. In fact, one physician assistant (in Plano) and one physician were excellent. They were compassionate, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule. By the end of this process, it was the emotional toll, confusion and self-managed care that I had to go through without ANY support. My other concern was the lack of consistency, communication, and ownership once it became clear something more serious was happening. If you need routine skincare, your experience may be completely different from mine. But if your situation ends up complex, unusual, or potentially serious, my experience raises important questions about communication, coordination, and patient advocacy. If you are gay - just stay away. The lesson I took away is one I never expected to learn: Its 2026 and regardless of a medical degree, some people are still hateful, rude, disgusting and will not provide you the medical care you deserve.
