Cherry not only does an amazing job at the service you pay for but she genuinely KNOWS what you need. No upsell, just a genuine person who takes her job seriously. I was very nervous when I first came in and Cherokee was so sweet and calming she could tell I was nervous but she was able to calm me down. I mentioned that I got microblading a couple years ago and was not happy with the work, Cherokee was very knowledgeable about my previous process and assured me that she would be able to fix my mistake. I was really scared and nervous about the pain but she made me feel comfortable and assured me that it would not be as painful as microblading. When she first drew on the eyebrows I was not happy and she can tell so she fixed it. She adjusted and I fell in love with the second drawing. She is really good at making her clients feel comfortable and sure of their permanent makeup. Throughout the entire process she kept telling me what to expect, what she was doing, and how I should feel. It was not as painful as I expected, there was even a point where I could even take a nap. I had a Glam Lesson with Cherokee for a particular hairstyle and I must say everything was so professional and Cherokee herself was so personable and easy to talk to and learn from I can absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is interested in learning more about vintage hair and/or makeup! She knows what she's talking about and gives instructions in easy to understand and concise ways, always making sure you can see all angles of the hair even the back as she's doing it! The space was easy to find and parking was an absolute breeze, inside it was warm and inviting with music playing in the background that helped fill any dead space when she wasn't instructing me on how to do the style (it's also just nice to have music on isn't it?) She also explained every product she was using, how and why she was using it, and the differences between particular products and instruments. I came away feeling like I really stepped up my hair game and made a friend in the process!
