I've had my lashes done a few times elsewhere over the years if I was out of town and couldn't get to Alice, and those sets never lasted *nearly* as long as Alice's do. Never a badly placed lash, never any irritation from the tape to my eyes, both sides are perfectly even and they last forever. Her prices are very fair for the quality of the work, and if you're a frequent flyer, then you get 50% off your eleventh service. I can't compare to other lash salons in the area, because I don't think you can improve on Alice's skills anywhere, so why even try? Alice has my business as long as we are anywhere in the area.

But I specifically asked her after the session "is there anything I must do to take care of my lashes after my appointment do i need to wash them or upkeep them with anything or not wash them" and she said "just don't wash them for 24hrs" and I've never done this before so didn't know anything. I couldn't comb through my lashes 2 days after I couldn't get them to work with mascara and the lash lift was absolutely horrible, my lashes were CROOKED. I met another esthetician and she told me my lashes were "fried" because "you have to wait 48 hours to get them wet and condition them with castor oil" i specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do. I couldn't get through them with a spoolie or mascara. And now they basically feel ruined. I asked for a half refund at least for her fucking my lashes up. Her name was Michelle.
