Alessa is friendly but I am disappointed with my first experience with her. After a Brazilian waxing, I never had an issue with my skin especially using hard wax. This was my first time that I am seeing so many blisters come out after receiving a Brazilian. It also has been 2 days and the blisters on the skin seem to be not getting better. They also hurt since they are being touched with my underwear. I did mention that I am pregnant and she did inform that I should be a bit more sensitive. I feel that the temperature of the hard wax was way too hot for my skin. Typically I am used to an aesthetician cooling the wax before applying however Alessa did not. She applied instantly without checking the temperature. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it if you take less than 15 minutes to wax a person. read more

I heard about eyebrow lamination and immediately came to Yelp to find a local technician. I made a next day appointment with Alessa and was super excited to try this service on my sad eyebrows! Parking in the Palladio is always annoying, but the Phenix studios are easy to locate and the receptionist showed me to the FLUX suite. Ales was very friendly and quickly explained the process to me and what to expect. The 75 minute service flew by and I was shocked at my results! I had low expectations but my eyebrows blew me away and I can't stop checking them out. She also sent me home with a kit to keep them looking on point It's been almost a week and my brows still look amazing. I'll be back for maintenance for sure! read more
