I've been going to skin geek for about 5years now and I won't let anyone else take care of my skin, mani and pedi and eyebrows. They are the best in south Florida hands down. I know most people are unsure of the waterless mani/pedi but it is the most sanitary and relaxing way to get them done. Skin Geeks surpassed all my expectations. I came across their business on yelp a few weeks back. After reading all theses good reviews, I decided to just to call them up and see if I could get in same day. And I was able to without any hassle. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful (sorry i forgot your name but your a doll). I walked in and it was so serene. I was greeted by my amazing gentleman friend who gave me a form to fill out to get some info on why I was there. He also offered me a bottle of water. As I finished, he explained the process to me that Adrianna will speak with me first and Marianna will be doing my facial. Adrianna knows her stuff! She took her time to go over products I use, issues that I have with my skin, noticeable issues with my skin etc. She explained the whole process of the facial and after Marianna gets her magic hands on my face (she didn't say magic but trust me they are) , they will further analyze a skin regime that works for me. It was recommended for me to do a microdermabrasion. I was all in. Marianna was amazing! She walked me through everything she was doing as she was doing it. Asked me if I was ok. I felt like I was in there for forever but in a good way because I didn't want to leave! Even when she was extracting, I was so relaxed. I even got a little shoulder and neck massage which was a nice plus. I've never had a professional facial done so I have nothing to compare this to but I would recommend them 100 times over. They are very professional, they know their stuff, the place is very CLEAN and the music played in the waiting area/facial room is very tranquil. *Side note* They also have cute little trinkets they sell right in their waiting area. From jewelry to art to furniture. I was told they switch it up to different pieces every now and then. I will definitely be going back in 6 weeks as they recommended. So I come to skin geeks for threading, waxing and I absolutely love their candles. The owners of the business are very kind and welcoming and make you feel super comfortable. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with great ambiance and very kind and knowledgeable team, Walter, Adriana and Mariana (my technician) took my experience and my feet to a new level. Yesterday I had the Skin Geeks pedicure... this is not your neighborhood pedicure but a true, almost an hour long, spa experience... it was much more of a facial for your feet that included microdermabrasion and a keratin foot wrap. Mariana explained everything she was doing and was incredibly gentle and detailed. I read that other yelpers noted they thought the price for a pedicure was high but based on my incredible experience they could actually charge more, but please don't. I am proud to say I am 41 years old and I don't wear make up. I do not even know where to begin...Skin Geeks is absolutely amazing! Adrianna has completely transformed my skin. I have suffered from really bad hormonal acne since getting off of the pill a few years ago. I tend to primarily use natural products (because it's important to me) and those sometimes do not do the trick. Because using natural things is so important to me, I thought I would just have to learn how to live with my adult acne. However, this year my acne became even worse.
