At checkout, the experience didn't improve. The person at the register just looked at me without saying anything, so I awkwardly started taking items out of my basket myself. When I asked about using my points, he seemed annoyed, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. I also didn't receive any samples, which is something I've come to expect from past visits.
