They were not able to provide me with any information so I went on a man hunt to see if I could find Erin, because she is absolutely amazing at what she does and I wasn't ready to lose her. Yikes. I called to make an appointment. I have been there before and never not shown up for an appointment. They now require a $35.00 deposit to hold your appointment. Crazy. Somebody here must be going to orangetherapy and they copied their stupid idea. Needless to say i told them no thank you and went to somebody else. The staff at Skin Physicians and Surgeons are liars! I called for an appointment and asked if they took my insurance. The staff assured me that they did. I asked twice. They even looked up my ID card and gave me the correct co-pay amount that I would have to pay. I took a last minute appointment for later in the day. I filled out all of their online forms which took me about 45 minutes. Upon arriving for my appointment which was about a 30 minute drive, the Office Manager informed me that my insurance was not In Network! That's not acceptable! I asked to speak with her Manager and all she had to say was that "We can't change your benefits." They said I could keep the appointment, but would have to pay the full cash price. Why would I do that when I have insurance? I had paid a $35.00 fee to make the appointment and "I" had to remember to ask for the credit as they did not offer it. Patients Beware: To make matters worse this is the second time this has happened to me with this Medical Group. Several years ago they did the same thing, but this time I thought that they were now accepting my insurance. A type of bait and switch? Go at your own risk. I wasted at least two hours of my time. I can assure you I will be letting all of my friends and family know about the shady tactics of this Medical Group. read more

I would definitely not recommend going there. The doctors are great, however, they have canceled our appointment 4 times since we started going there. The front office is unpleasant (saying this in a nice way) and make you feel like your bothering them. We have been coming to them for a year now, but I think this last week of problems is our last straw. Think twice before you go there. Look for a office that values customer services when you first come in and is happy to have you there. read more

Came here to get a bunch of pesky skin tags on my neck removed. I'm a pop aholic so I was hoping to see dr lee! I can't remember who actually did my procedure but she was lovely! Super friendly and quick. I was nervous it was going to hurt but it didn't whatsoever. Her assistant had some facial hair and was very sweet as well. My husband also had some warts frozen off and a little biopsy taken off of his nose- he works out in the sun so we were a little worried. A male dr helped him remove those things and was very knowledgeable and sweet. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, looking for more things to get taken off so I can go back lol read more

I've had two appointments with PA, Erin. I had developed a small bump in my hairline that would continuously bleed when agitated. It ended up being pyogenic granuloma, a benign growth that was easily diagnosed and removed at their office same-day. The removal process was painless and done very well. The wound healed well. I'll admit I assumed this place would be geared towards individuals with more money in their wallets than me given the fame and notoriety of Dr. Lee, but fortunately this wasn't the case. Erin was easy to talk to and really seemed to listen to my concerns. I find that active listening and feeling like your medical professionals don't have one hand on the door knob the whole time you're speaking is becoming a rarity. I would recommend anyone schedule an appointment with this office given my experiences. read more

I was referred by my new primary doctor for acne & I couldn't be happier with this new dermatologist office. The staff is very understanding and friendly. Any questions I have, they answer as best they can without attitude or frustration. My previous dermatologist office wanted me to pay a co-pay to see the doctor just to ask any simple questions. This office is very clean and the wait time is little to nothing. Downside is they do not accept HMO insurance, but I like them so much I don't mind paying a few extra dollars to be treated by them. read more

I've been going to Skin Physicians to control my Cystic Acne. The experience was good I didnt have to wait long for them to see me, their treatment work as of right now my skin is clear. The only problem and the reason I knocked out a star is because I had a huge deeply rooted cyst on my back that my derm Keri told me they would have to extract. She gave me a price (since I pay cash) it was around $400 I told her I would think about it since it's a lot of money. Any a couple of weeks later it really started to bug me so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist told me that Keri was out but she would leave her a message and they'll call me back. A week later and still no call, I decided to call them back. They told me she was with another customer and they would leave her a message and she call me back. A month later and nothing at this point I was fed up at this point. Mad at their customers services and in a lot of pain. Anyway the cyst erupted on it own with a little help from my mom and left no dent like they said it would. It's been 3 month and they never called me back. I'm happy I save $400 but very much angry at their bad customer service. read more

I came into this office, and had lost my ID and was waiting for my new one to come in the mail, but I had my insurance card and social they could look me up from but the "Office Manager" Krysti was RUDE. She needs to learn how to talk to people and how to actually act like a manager. She said I could not be seen. It is ridiculous how you have to give them your cc # to make a payment over the phone just to MAKE A APPT. They are all about taking peoples money, the staff there is rude and make you feel unwanted!! On her tv show she makes it seem all good but the minute you step in her office it's totally different. I had a appointment today at 415. I filled out the paperwork and am then told that I have to pay 100 to 160 for a consultation with the PA. I have waited 2 weeks to be seen and really needed to see a dermatologist. if they would of told me about the price I could of come prepared. I am really upset that I made a trip and was not seen or told about the money I would have to pay. Jocelyn was the person I spoke to and she didn't offer to speak with anyone else. I do have good insurance and have never had to pay that big of a co.pay just for consultation. very disappointing!! read more

I would recommend looking into something else. I have had acne my whole life, and even as an adult I struggle with hyperpigmentation from hormonal acne. Well, I went thinking I was going to see Dr. Lee and saw a P.A. she was nice however, she looked at my skin and made it seem that my scars and blemishes were no big deal. When an individual feels insecure about their skin, one does not to hear that it's no big deal. I asked for her recommendation, and she suggested micro needleling. It's a costly procedure that based on the reviews I've read, it is not very effective. read more

I can't get enough of this place!! I go in for all skin issues and of course, a little hint of botox! I see Erin Jensen on a consistent basis so she can keep my skin looking healthy, bright and acne free! About 6 months ago she started me on a wrinkle free skin care regimen and I opted in for some botox! I trust her with my face 100%, which I think is pretty rare to find in this world of over exaggerated youth! She never goes too far, my face looks natural, fresh and years younger! As for the office itself, they have a nice comfy lounge area as you walk in. The receptionist is always really sweet. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get called into the back, and the staff behind the scenes are just as friendly! They offer a variety of services and I'm looking forward to trying a chemical peel in coming months to see how I fair with it. Made an appt.with the female doctor who has appeared on television citing she is an expert. Went for syrngoma and was told by her there is nothing she can do. It was highly disappointing. Went down the street to an extremely reputable dermatologist who has extensive experience with my condition. The bumps on my face were carefully and methodically burned off. The dermatologist stated she has years of experience doing the procedure and should only be performed by an extremely experienced physician due to the precision in burning and to not leave holes. Don't recommend Skin Physicians & Surgeons for this type of condition as they know nothing and offer nothing! read more

Dr. Lee is absolutely wonderful! I went to her when my hormonal acne was at its worst. I was using anything and everything to try to combat my problem. When I showed up for my first appointment with a grocery bag filled to the brim with products that I had tried she comforted me and told me I would never have to use any of those products ever again. She told me to go buy an over the counter simple grocery store face wash and she prescribed me an overnight cream. Within two weeks my skin cleared up 100% and I am know acne free! I wish I would have gone to her years ago, because the amount of money I spent on facials, products, and acne miracle supplements is ridiculous. I began coming here because of the good reviews on yelp, however after this last time i wont go back. I had an appointment at 3:30pm on a friday (I work a full 7-4pm shift in Orange county) I left work early to avoid any delays however, traffic in LA ... well as you all know is terrible. I was running 15 min late so i called and asked if I should still make my way over there from orange county with an ETA of 3:45 pm, the receptionist said that was completely fine. To my suprise i get there exactly at 3:45 pm and they turned me away because i missed my 3:30 appt EVEN THOUGH i called to ask them prior to driving through all that traffic to ask if i should still make the attempt. I understand that there are appts BUT I HAD CALLED IN ADVANCED to ask if i should even go through the trouble of sitting in traffic and wasting gas/time. When i told them that one of their receptionist had given me the Green light to still come their only response was "Well who did you talk to on the phone" I never asked for a name so therefore i didnt have one. How many receptionists do you have that i need a name ? I know there are only like 2-3 of them. This was just terrible service and a complete waste of my time. They need to get their staff on the same page. Do not recomend this place to anyone. read more

Loved my experience here! I was so scared, I am 34 and went to get Botox for the first time and the staff were so incredibly sweet, professional, reassuring and attentive. Erin Jensen, the PA who did the injection is not only a complete doll, she did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the results. My forehead/scowl marks are gone. I will continue to drive way the hell out to Upland for this 5-star experience. I have been to places closer to me in Pasadena and they were so unfriendly, unprofessional and just did not care. I made my appointment right away and was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how good the doctor I would get was going to be, but I'm very happy with the results from Dr. Pratibha. Honestly don't waste your time or money coming here. To start off, I came in a bit earlier and they still took over 30 minutes to have us go in. You would assume an appointment is for you to be seen at that time yet we weren't until over 30 minutes later. They finally took us in and we had to wait once again. Once she finally came in she literally told us nothing we didn't already know. They do not give you a quote right away they simply look at it and say they'll give you a call back in a week. ????? Then what was my appointment for. We also asked if we did choose to do it how soon would we be seen they answered with, later in December. That's two months, if that. We asked okay what is our quote at least a rough estimate and she wouldn't say anything. A consultation is for a quote and we didn't get that. She finally said well maybe $500-800, that's a big gap I want a single number which is why we came in for them to see him and get that quote. Aside from all of that, the consultation fee is $120. For them to not give you a quote or actually help you out. On top of this the receptionist and managers had an attitude and were simply rude over all. Their customer service needs to be overlooked. Seriously don't waste your time on them or your money. Woll dermatology has a much more caring team and has great service. I regret having wasted $120 that are non refundable on a trash place like this. They may do a good job but it's not worth the haste. read more

I had a great experience with Dr Rebish and the physicians assistant! Very skilled and professional! Dr Rebish operated on a cyst I had not the top of my head and left virtually no visible scar. Erin Jenson seriously did wonders for me. I have been to several other dermatologist and none have come close to helping me the way she did. All the staff I came in contact with were great, and even remembered me when I came in for my follow ups.
