What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

I waited until 1:10 and I called the number that was listed on yelp. It was a recording, and I left my name and my phone number, and explained what the issue was. A few minutes later, a man called me back and told me that my appointment wasn't that monday at 1pm, but that it was the next day... tuesday 5/19/26 at 1pm. I said fine, I will be here tomorrow at 1pm then. Again, I showed up today on Tuesday 5/19/26 @ 1pm, the doors were locked and No one was there. I waited until about 1:15pm and again I called twice and left a voicemail message but this time no one called me back. I waited until about 1:20 and I left.
