Debbie has magical hands! She truly fought against my rough, clogged, and dry skin. Within one visit, my skin feels hydrated. I've never felt so happy about my skin. I found Debbie on Yelp, and after hours of research and reading through all the great reviews, I contacted her to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, she was still closed due to COVID-19 business shutdowns. As soon as the state allowed businesses to re-open, Debbie remembered me and offered to help treat my skin. She invested about 21/2 hours of her time from scheduling me in, screening me on a 15-minute call to learn the condition of my skin to not take away that time on the day of my visit, and dedicated about two hours to cleanse, extract, and review all the products I am currently using. The great thing is that she didn't rush or pressure me into buying any of her products. She is very understanding, and her services are personable and customizable to each person's skin. I noticed that her primary objective is to keep her clients safe by sanitizing her suite for an hour between her appointments. Her suite is clean, organized, and beautiful. Before my appointment, she emailed me a Covid questionnaire. On the day of my appointment she wore a mask and used a disposable cape. I felt safe and taken care of. After my first treatment: My acne started disappearing except two. I reached out to her again and sent her a few pictures to review it. The best part of me reaching out is that she offered to review my skin again and pick up a few products to treat it without additional costs. What a gem! I went to see Debbie about two weeks before my wedding. I didn't really know what I was looking for other than wanting to see overall improvements in my skin tone and texture, so her expertise was very helpful. She is really good about taking her time with you and explaining what she is doing while also being aware if you just want to sleep (I knocked out really fast and woke up later). A water fountain on the wall and spa music playing in the background provide a relaxing ambiance. The total time for the facial is two hours with about 20 minutes reserved for skin care education tailored to your specific skin type. Debbie is very knowledgeable about all skin types and conditions. She tells the client the name of each product and what it does before putting it on your skin. She also does a 5-10 minute skin consultation with the client before the facial begins so she can focus on your skin care concerns. She will provide an extraction session during the facial to remove black heads if you want. While your mask is sitting on your skin Debbie provides a nice shoulder, neck, and back massage. The bed you lay on is heated and both the legs and head are adjustable. I am two days post facial by Debbie and I am still in awe and still soft and glowing! I had never had a facial before (and I'm 32!) and was nervous to finally take the plunge and get one. I have sensitive skin that reacts very quickly and negatively to new products so I always just avoided facials. But I was missing out!
