When I say she is AMAZING! I mean she is AMAZING. 1. I showed up with all of my 3 gremlins since it was last minute she was so sweet about it 2. She took her time to listen to my likes wants and fears 3. She examined my brows was honest with me about what would or wouldn't work 4. They were perfection and she took her time to make sure of it. Update: After posting this review, the owner provided screenshots showing that messages had been sent through the Square app. While I appreciate receiving that information, it does not change my overall experience. My concern began before the missed appointment. In April, I reported to the front desk that I was no longer receiving appointment reminders and notifications and was told that the issue would be addressed and that the owner would contact me. To my knowledge, that never happened. I later learned that messages had been sent through Square, including one informing me that the salon would no longer be accepting future appointments. However, because I had already reported communication issues, I believe a direct phone call or email would have been a more appropriate way to handle the situation. I respect the salon's right to refuse future service. My disappointment is not about that decision. It is about the lack of effective communication and the fact that my concerns regarding the reminder system and my service experience were never truly addressed before the business relationship was ended. I was a customer for several months and genuinely wanted to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed rather than heard.
