The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I followed through and completed three more sessions at the new location, but saw absolutely no improvement. Frustrated, I decided to try another company -- and after just one session with them, my tattoo is already about 50% lighter. I reached out to LaserAway about the lack of results and was only offered store credit for the four sessions, which is unacceptable. Getting a callback has been a constant struggle, and the customer service has been among the worst I've experienced. Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and energy. I would not recommend LaserAway to anyone based on my experience.

Unfortunately, after Jasmine left Belle Vie, I decided to give NP Jessica a try since I still had my membership. After my experience today, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I got AquaGold microneedling done today and felt very undermined and blindsided. I arrived at 3:05 for optional numbing before my 3:30 appointment, but when I asked about numbing I was told they don't numb for this procedure because 1) it doesn't hurt and 2) it's much quicker than normal microneedling. Both of those statements turned out to be false. I was seen at 3:15 and finished my session around 3:40. At first the pain was bearable, but as the procedure continued it became increasingly painful. After I repeatedly told NP Jessica how much it hurt, she asked if it was my first time microneedling--even though I had already told her it was my first time when she walked into the room and that I was excited to try something new. Her response of "ohhhh I'm so sorry" made it feel like what I had shared beforehand wasn't really taken into account. For context, I have a very high pain tolerance. I've done multiple sessions of PRF EZGel under my eyes with NP Jasmine (formerly at Belle Vie and now at Intemporel Clinic). I've even been told I'm an easy patient to work on because I really do not complain. After the appointment, I called immediately while sitting in my car to be reminded of the post-care instructions because I was honestly so discombobulated from the experience that I couldn't recall them. I also got a second opinion from another NP based in Newport, who told me they absolutely could have numbed me rather than telling me the procedure wouldn't hurt and was quicker. I called back again and ended up getting connected to the receptionist at the Cerritos location, which was bizzare because 22 minute prior the Newport receptionist picked up. She was very apologetic and helped answer all of my questions. I mentioned that for future reference, I believe NP Jessica could be more mindful and transparent about the pain level and the fact that everyone's tolerance varies. I even said I would have gladly paid extra for numbing if that was the issue. She informed me that numbing is actually complimentary and that if I arrived early and asked about it, they could have simply asked if that was something I wanted rather than dismissing it. I will say that Z is the absolute best, and every facial I've gotten from her has been so good!! Although I won't be returning to Belle Vie after 3 years of coming here, I do wish them the best!!

We found that I could tolerate it much better if she went faster & continuous rather than pausing between each "zap". A little over 2 weeks after, I messaged New Look since it looked like a line on each lower leg was missed. Since the hair remained there, un-zapped looking and continuing to grow after 3 weeks, I came in for a super speedy missed section session. I appreciate that they offer missed session sections at no charge. There's plenty of parking at their MacArthur location. There's a large Tesla charging station right outside in case you drive a Tesla and need to charge! I'm eager to see the results when my many laser sessions are done. While the fine print may explain it, I didn't realize the special only covers the upper portion of the forehead and not the area closer to the brows. That distinction is important because treating only the upper forehead can increase the likelihood of heaviness in the brow area or slight brow drooping. I wish this had been made clearer before I booked my appointment instead of finding out once I was there. As for the visit itself, it just wasn't a great experience. The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough, but nothing stood out in terms of customer service. The staff member who brought me back, took my photos, and prepared me to meet with the registered nurse came across as annoyed and uninterested. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, and the interaction felt very transactional. Botox can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time. You're putting needles and a neurotoxin into your face, so I expected a little more warmth, patience, and reassurance throughout the process. I had questions about other areas I was considering treating with Botox, but every time I asked, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Instead of making me feel informed, I left feeling like I shouldn't be asking questions. She also spent time discussing pricing when I hadn't asked about it, and the way it was presented made me feel as though she assumed I couldn't afford additional services. Maybe I was reading too much into it, but I did show up in sweats, and the interaction left me feeling judged. I've been to several other med spas for facials and other treatments, and the difference in customer service was noticeable. The best experiences I've had are with staff who are warm, personable, and make you feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, I didn't get that feeling here. When I checked out, there were several employees at the front desk, but no one acknowledged me beyond taking my payment. No "How was your visit?" No "Thank you." No "Have a great day." It was a small thing, but it reinforced the overall experience. To be fair, the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has a nice ambiance. However, customer service matters just as much as the aesthetics, especially in an industry where clients are trusting you with their appearance. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return, even for another promotion. If you're looking for a med spa in Orange County, I highly recommend Biolite Wellness instead. Every visit I've had there has been the complete opposite experience. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. They truly make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in.
