Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

They make too many mistakes. There's been a ridiculous amount of times where I show up for an appointment and the time we chose via phone is not the time in the computer system when I get there thus creating a Domino effect of schedule problems for their day. This has caused me to miss procedures, because they didn't have time, because they screwed up. 3. Their bait and switch scams. Multiple times they called me to tell me about a sale, but then when I'm ready to pay all of a sudden, there are brand new terms and conditions and changes of information. I'm over it laser away. I'm done with y'all. Never again.

Unfortunately, after Jasmine left Belle Vie, I decided to give NP Jessica a try since I still had my membership. After my experience today, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I got AquaGold microneedling done today and felt very undermined and blindsided. I arrived at 3:05 for optional numbing before my 3:30 appointment, but when I asked about numbing I was told they don't numb for this procedure because 1) it doesn't hurt and 2) it's much quicker than normal microneedling. Both of those statements turned out to be false. I was seen at 3:15 and finished my session around 3:40. At first the pain was bearable, but as the procedure continued it became increasingly painful. After I repeatedly told NP Jessica how much it hurt, she asked if it was my first time microneedling--even though I had already told her it was my first time when she walked into the room and that I was excited to try something new. Her response of "ohhhh I'm so sorry" made it feel like what I had shared beforehand wasn't really taken into account. For context, I have a very high pain tolerance. I've done multiple sessions of PRF EZGel under my eyes with NP Jasmine (formerly at Belle Vie and now at Intemporel Clinic). I've even been told I'm an easy patient to work on because I really do not complain. After the appointment, I called immediately while sitting in my car to be reminded of the post-care instructions because I was honestly so discombobulated from the experience that I couldn't recall them. I also got a second opinion from another NP based in Newport, who told me they absolutely could have numbed me rather than telling me the procedure wouldn't hurt and was quicker. I called back again and ended up getting connected to the receptionist at the Cerritos location, which was bizzare because 22 minute prior the Newport receptionist picked up. She was very apologetic and helped answer all of my questions. I mentioned that for future reference, I believe NP Jessica could be more mindful and transparent about the pain level and the fact that everyone's tolerance varies. I even said I would have gladly paid extra for numbing if that was the issue. She informed me that numbing is actually complimentary and that if I arrived early and asked about it, they could have simply asked if that was something I wanted rather than dismissing it. I will say that Z is the absolute best, and every facial I've gotten from her has been so good!! Although I won't be returning to Belle Vie after 3 years of coming here, I do wish them the best!!

A month later I came back for my procedure with Mancy and she was incredible. She was very thorough and explained everything that would happen during and after the treatment. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and even explained how she would contour my jawline slightly as part of the treatment. The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the clinic is very nice and clean. Morgan also explained that achieving the results I want will require a series of sessions, and Mancy recommended coming back every 4 to 6 weeks for treatments. So far I am very happy with my experience and I will follow up with another update after my future sessions.

A truly life-changing experience…read more I originally went to Image Perfect Laser to see aesthetician Theresa Cadwallader for treatment of some dark spots and fine lines. I had laser and CO2 microneedling treatments, and later returned for a PRX chemical peel. There was one very small dark spot that didn't go away with treatment--in fact, it had gotten darker. I mentioned it to Theresa, and she immediately became concerned and asked Tracy Weigand, a PA dermatologist with Lumen Skinlab, who works in the same suite, to take a look. Tracy was concerned as well and offered to perform a shave biopsy and send it to pathology. The results came back as melanoma in situ. I was referred to a dermatology oncologist by my PC physician, a second lab confirmed the diagnosis, and the melanoma was surgically removed. I honestly thought the spot was just another harmless dark spot. I am incredibly grateful to Theresa for paying attention to that tiny change and to Tracy for taking it seriously and acting so quickly. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and willingness to investigate something that could easily have been overlooked made all the difference. I can't thank Theresa and Tracy enough. What started as a visit for cosmetic skin care ended up potentially saving me from a much more serious problem. I highly recommend both of them--not only for their expertise, but also for the care and attention they give their patients.

From Emsculpt on my stomach to my most recent treatments like Morpheus on my face and stomach, fillers, SkinVeve for my cheeks, lips and nasolabial folds filler, and Sofwave, Cosmelan peel, IV therapy every experience has been exceptional. One of my absolute favorite treatments has been getting my lips tattooed and tinted because they look so natural and polished. The entire team here is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your results. They treat you like VIP every single time. Even make you a like coffee in Hermes espresso cups and blankets. Camelia, the owner, has become a dear friend over the years. She is such an inspiring woman who is fair, kind, and truly passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best. Gigi is an amazing esthetician who always delivers the most rejuvenating HydraFacials and skin treatments. What I love about Biologi MD Spa is that they offer everything you can imagine, from facial rejuvenation to full-body treatments like Sculptra and advanced weight-loss programs. They are also great at customizing treatment plans to your needs, and if you don't see something on their menu, definitely ask because chances are they already offer it. They even offer invisalign consults (with me!) because they are so community based and giving. I'm so grateful to Camelia for helping me with my skin problems and my eyebrows. I live in SF/Bay Area but have travelled to Newport to her beautiful spa to get my skin treatments. Both Camelia & her mom Gigi are highly experienced and I've had treatments done with both of them. I have tried laser, micro needling and many other products for Melasma and none of them have ever worked. The chemical peels at Biologi and the skin care products have completely changed my life due to the amazing improvements of my skin. My experience at Biologi Med was one of the worst I have ever had. Asme completely ruined my eyebrows and did not listen to anything I asked for. I made my preferences clear, but she ignored them and did what she wanted instead. The result was nothing like what I requested, and I left extremely upset and disappointed. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not have the courtesy or professionalism to respond to emails or text messages, making it impossible to address concerns or get any follow-up support. I would never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. The financing option made it super affordable as well. Everyone here is super professional and accommodating, they all go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Biologi is a place to go to when you wanna be treated with respect, love, care, and honesty. Camila and all her staff are well trained. they advise you on what needs to be done and what doesn't. Non of them is out to get your money, but they focus on making you happy first. Nothing matters to them more than sending you home feeling good about yourself. Oh I absolutely recommend Biologi spa, because I am a man, I have never had any treatments done in the past and I was always skeptical when it comes to going to places like that. I have been recommended by my wife went there several times and had her Botox and filler done and also one of the treatments called opus plasma. She recommended that I should get the opus plasma on my face and it helped me tremendously with the skin tightening and the wrinkles I have around my eyes and also on my neck I used to have something called turkey neck and now it's gone. I recently visited Biologispa and all I can say is what an amazing experience I had! I was taken care of by Camelia and her team. I went in for my teeth whitening since a lot of other at home products didn't help. I was pretty nervous about the process but Camelia did an excellent job explaining the treatment process which gave me a piece of mind. I am so happy with my results! my teeth are whiter than I expected! highly recommend it for anyone who wants to whiten their smile. read more

I took time off work and drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told after arriving that they would not allow the service to be transferred. What bothered me most wasn't just the policy, but the complete lack of compassion or effort to find a solution. There was no empathy for the situation, no attempt to accommodate, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after I had already made the trip. Customer service matters, especially for a business built on repeat clients and relationships. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I will not be returning or recommending this place.
