I like that she is a plastic surgeon and not just a PA or nurse who has gone to some training sessions to learn to inject fillers. Dr. Ashley is very direct and will tell you what you need (which is not always what you thought you wanted). I trust her expertise and have not been disappointed with the results. Yes, there is some pain but it's mostly just tiny pinches and it only lasts a few seconds. I try to schedule my appointments either late in the day or on my day off in case there is any swelling. You can return to work the following day without your coworkers noticing you had something done (they just think you look refreshed).
