Disappointed with the front desk receptionist who was curt and dismissive. As a potential client, I expected simple questions to be answered before committing to a $150 consultation. She did not offer to ask the practitioner my questions, nor did she ask what those questions were. Instead, I was given an ultimatum to either book the consultation or not be seen at all. Funny part is that I ended up NOT doing the service at all, yet was still being charged for my the time. I've been contemplating between Morpheus and Moxi for several months now. I had a consultation with Jordanna and she recommended Moxi to improve fine lines and to get rid of brown spots I have. On Day 1 I numbed my face 1 hour before treatment, the treatment took about 20 mins, I was given clear instructions to wash my face with a very gentle cleanser, add Nectar, crème and sun block. On Day 2 my face feels like sandpaper and the brown spots surfaced. I'm continuing to use the products Jordanna recommended, not workout (for 2 days only), stay out of the sun, wear sunscreen and a hat but the downtime is really minimal (5 days). I don't look scary looking like other treatments make you look. It looks like a minor sunburn on face. I can't wait to see the final results but so far I'm happy with Jordanna's recommendation. I'm WARNING you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. At the time I'm writing this review it is 6 months after my session here and I still have deep scars all over my face that I can't get rid of. In April I purchased a Morpheaus8 package from this place. They gave me a homemade numbing cream to apply it before the session and the numbing cream burned my skin. After speaking to Mellisa, the owner, she kept insisting on this was my own problem since I showed an allergy to the numbing cream even though I told her my dermatologists says I have no allergies and the numbing cream was left on too long and just burned. Just to be clear I fallowed their instructions exactly. Instead of apologizing and showing at least she cares a little she yelled at me and wouldn't even return my calls. She is such a rude arrogant person and after telling her what my dermatologist said she replied "sorry but I have been doing this for 20 years and your dermatologist is wrong!!!" They only care about money and really don't care about their clients at all. They didn't have the courtesy of following up to see what happened to my skin. Again they only see you as a dollar bill. I regret my decision of going to them every single day. I went in with a clear skin and wanted to make it perfect and now even after 6 months I'm trying to undo what they did. I'll share a picture of me the day before this treatment so you can see how clear my skin looked. If you like your skin go to a real clinic not to this scam place that only gets reviews by offering free services to influencers. Update: After the comment from the owner. Since the owner has spread false information and trying to go about and make themselves look good, I'm uploading screenshots of my communication with their office that shows how many times I had to call and reach out to get one call back. Also I never insisted on them treating my face after seeing it was sensitive. They even falsely said I have an infection and that's why I got scars. They do anything to not accept that they simply are incompetent. And yes she said multiple times I have been doing this more than 20 years and your dermatologist is wrong. So funny to say they refused to give me service after this. Do you think I'll ever come back after what you did to my skin??!! I let people to be the real judge. And yes I did dispute the charges because I purchased a package and I was hoping my skin to look better and not to walk away with scars. As a business owner you didn't even offer to give my money back as a courtesy for evidently failing to do what you were supposed to do. They don't even have the decency to accept and apologize for what they did, instead they go on and name call me. So much for customer service! Even through your response it is very clear how you deal with a situation that the patient is not happy for a good reason. I'm neither a crazy person nor looking for trouble. I just came here to improve my skin and walked away with deep scars on my face, lost money and was treated so poorly hence I really want to share this to help others not to go through the same experience.
