Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business. That gift ended up meaning so much more to me than I ever expected. Cassie absolutely has my business, and Anna has ruined every other lymphatic drainage massage for me forever lol. I paused my membership late last year after a job layoff and was specifically told that when reinstated, my anniversary special would be pushed back by the number of months I paused. When that wasn't honored at time of service, I spent over two months chasing down customer service, only to finally be told that their "system doesn't accommodate non-consecutive months"... -- Huh? What about a human overriding the computer? -- Despite the fact that I was given incorrect information by their staff (Tyler) at time of pause, there was zero willingness to take responsibility or find mutual resolution. This is especially disappointing after years of loyalty and referring multiple people to Alchemy 43. I completely understand policies, staff, and systems change, but customers shouldn't be penalized for wrong information provided by the company. I would not have paused if I was simply told this was the policy. It's also worth noting I continued to come here after my longtime injector Tiffany left earlier this year along with a majority of the staff. It's the complete lack of consideration and accountability that I've chosen to cancel today. Computers may not accommodate, but humans should -- especially if your humans made the error to begin with.

I seem bias because I'm related to Dr. Sarshad, but that's actually the reason I was so hesitant. I was so used to the person I was going to, and not sure if she would give me the same treatment a stranger would. I'm not disappointed one bit. What appreciate the most about Charlotte, is that she will say NO to me when I ask for something that's not in my best interest and say yes in moderation with my best interest in mind as well. I had one issue, stubborn spot and pigmentation treatment. Mentioned it about 50 times in the waiting room. Gave me CO2 instead all over my face-- wrong treatment, no consent, for supposed "texture" that I don't have, with zero wrinkles and acne scars, leaving damage on my skin soon before an important event. I only asked for light CO2 for dark spots - that was it. Seems like the provider doesn't have working ears? During the appointment: comments about my lashes, weird comments about my age (I'm on the younger side), blamed my spots on hormones (never had issues with hormones before), couldn't answer what percentage of dark spots would improve. They waived the fee and gave me free products only after I escalated. Too little, too late. Threw a whole wrench into my schedule - awful results. Blamed it on "misunderstanding". If I ask for something 50 times, how is it a misunderstanding? Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I emphasized how busy I was and how little time I had. Zero competence and zero intelligence. Probably one of the dumbest clinics that I've ever gone to. It takes a lot to get strong of language out of me, so you can imagine how awful their treatment was. Everything that they handled from the beginning to the end, whether it was the consultation, whether it was the actual treatment, whether it was the incompetent awful provider or whether it was even the management that was incredibly condescending. Just horrible. Final text message asking me if I had "calmed down". You gave me a treatment I didn't need, on a setting I didn't ask for, ignored me in the room multiple times when I mentioned what I came in here for, then tried to deflect the blame on me -- marked with definite jealousy, condescension, and arrogance. Save your money and go somewhere else as there are so many better spots available in the area. One star. Factual. Done.

I chose Dr. Kiripolsky's office based on strong online reviews and was told the $150 consultation…read morefee would be applied toward my treatment--something that influenced my decision to book. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Dr. Kiripolsky was friendly and confident in the treatment plan, which included CO2 laser for enlarged pores and a small scar. However, before starting, I was required to purchase prep products from her office without being given an itemized receipt. I had to request one by email, and when I received it, I was shocked to find the consultation fee listed as a "new patient remaining balance" instead of being credited toward treatment as promised. Even more concerning was a $200 charge for Tretinoin 0.1%--a medication that usually costs about $6 with insurance. Most doctors would encourage patients to get it covered by insurance. When I raised these issues, Dr. Kiripolsky offered no meaningful explanation or resolution. Nonetheless, with limited vacation days and time being valuable, I moved forward. At her suggestion, I added CO2 laser around the eyes and completed two rounds of treatment over 10 months. The first session was so painful I teared up during the procedure. Strangely, the second was almost painless, which left me questioning the consistency and quality of care. In total, I spent nearly $7,000 on treatments and products with below-average results. Just to warn you, Dr. Kiripolsky's procedures are quite expensive. For the CO2 treatment, Dr. Kiripolsky charges $1,800 for the nose and $3,500 for the eyes. She personally called me from her home (I could hear her baby crying) to persuade me to add the eye treatment, which I hadn't initially planned to do. When I told her I wasn't willing to pay $3,500, she reduced the price to $2,500, and I agreed. However, on the day of the procedure, she made a snide comment about giving me a discount, which felt unprofessional. This experience left me feeling misled, overcharged, and extremely disappointed. I would strongly caution others before committing to care here. MY RESPONSE TO DR. KIRIPOLSKY'S REPLY: I want to clarify a few points from my experience, as your reply unfortunately reinforces why I felt compelled to leave a review in the first place. First, regarding the $150 payment, the confusion stems from a lack of clear and proactive communication from your office. How do you explain the $150 listed as a "new patient remaining balance" if that's not a consultation fee? And how do you justify charging patients $200 for tretinoin? During my initial consultation, you clearly said my nose would only require 1 to 2 treatments. The narrative that multiple treatments would be necessary only came after you saw minimal results--10 months after the first procedure. What was initially discussed as a significant improvement from one treatment was later reframed as a "most likely" need for more, once results didn't meet expectations. Referring to them as "deep, self-inflicted wounds" in a public forum feels both unnecessary and unprofessional. It comes off as judgmental rather than supportive, especially for someone seeking help and healing. As for missed follow-ups, I have NEVER missed any so please be honest. In fact, your office often confused the schedule, and I had to rearrange mine just to come in. Regarding the skincare routine, I told you clearly that I followed the instructions to the tee. So please stop being dishonest. Lastly, I never expected overnight results and fully understood that healing would be a process--but I did expect compassionate care and clear, honest communication throughout. Calling my review unfair just because it doesn't reflect the image you want to present does not address the real concerns I experienced as your patient. My review reflects my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve how future patients are treated--not just clinically, but as whole people.

She is an absolute genius at what she does, but what makes her so exceptional is that she actually studies your face and your skin before doing anything. There is no formula, no "this is what everyone is getting right now," and definitely no pop in, inject a needle, goodbye. Everything is specific to you and she takes as much time as needed. I've never once felt that she was rushing and that's so important. She has defined my jawline using just Dysport, and she is incredible with filler because she understands exactly where it should go and, just as importantly, where it shouldn't. Her placement is so precise and natural. I also have very thin facial skin and somehow she has never bruised me. Not once. I genuinely don't know how she does it because I bruise when the wind blows. What I trust most about Jo is her restraint. She would never do something just because a patient asked for it if she knew it wasn't going to make them look better. She cares about the end result, not selling another syringe. She's a true artist and she takes her work seriously. She's also helped me with recommendations for my very dry skin, but has never once made me feel like she was trying to sell me something. That matters to me. Everything she recommends feels thoughtful and honest. Jo is incredibly talented, but she also genuinely cares about her patients and how they feel when they leave her chair. That combination is rare. I trust her completely, and nobody else is touching my face. Literally, ever! Blush is also such a great place. It's calming and beautiful and never crowded or uncomfortable. The treatment rooms are inviting with windows and natural light. The women at the front desk all welcome me by name and are so kind every time I see them. They deserve massive recognition as well for being thoughtful and taking care of the me and other clients.
