In the short time frame I'm there to get a service done, she has been personable and make achieving the specific look I want doable. Her place is always clean, well lit and stocked with a nice coffee area where guests can help themselves to beverages. I like that she listens to my needs and does not go above and beyond by making me uncomfortable with upselling projects. I got a chemical peel was told when getting put on the neck was free. Wanted the neck done. It was not done. Called to say it was not done. Front desk said thats extra I ignored that lie. Got a call back was told my neck was done. My neck was never done I tried to say oh no. I didnt rinse it off. Was told "thats ok it nutrilizes" I admit I was gaslight and was questioning myself. I went back to get filler. Brought up the neck not being done she drew a line across my neck said I put it to here. See the thing is. Im bery sensitive when it comes to my neck very. And I just knew it wasnt done Well I remembered I took pictures I forgot. Low and behold the neck was NOT done. I dont like being lied to then gas lit. I've lived in Beaumont for about 2 years now, going in 3 years and have passed by this place many times. Constantly looking it up and doing research on Botox, facials, etc and have always wanted to book a consult but always chickened out. I've NEVER done anything to my face besides threading of my eyebrows or above the lip and waxing. Nothing cosmetics until 2 weeks ago! lol I called and spoke to Crystal and she was super sweet and nice. Answered all the questions she was able to and booked me for Botox/Dysport. Met with Christina and she was AMAZING!!! Educated me on a few things and was able to begin Dysport right then and there. She did NOT pressure me into anything. It's been about 13 days and I already see the difference. Today I went in for the electrocautery procedure and it went by so quickly. The longest part of this procedure is the numbing cream. Once you're past that, the procedure is about 15mins. I did my entire face and neck area and that's that! Christina is AMAZING. Crystal is AMAZING! I can't wait to go back for the Diamond Glow and maybe some other things. I am addicted LOL. I never used to take care of myself or skin but after having kids and seeing how my age (34) is getting to me, I want to feel GOOD in my own skin so, if you're thinking about it - TRY IT OUT! I trusted right away that she knew what she was doing. After 3 months of going to see her & having her remove the pockets I was able to FINALLY get my lips done how I wanted them! I love my lips! I was curious about this place since I saw it a year ago while buying ice cream at cold stone. I first emailed them to inquire about a skin tag removal. They responded a day after and i called to book an appt right away. I am their first client which was so good as im not a fan of waiting. The service was great. The place is clean and neat. Quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to anybody who wants to try their services. It is a bit pricey but I definitely will visit more of their other services. So I was supposed to be booked today for March 13th for the special to be a model for $45. Unfortunately, my job called me early this morning, and I reached out to Andrea. I couldn't reach Andrea until my break, so I asked her if we could reschedule because I had to come in. I explained that I couldn't call her earlier because I had to wait for my 15-minute break to do so. Instead, I said that either she could please rebook me or send my deposit back. Tell me why she had a nasty attitude and told me that basically the deposit was gone and that she was not going to rebook me. She also mentioned that she was going to charge me another $20 deposit. Like, girl, all you had to do was reschedule me. Are you that hard up for money that you have to swindle people out of $20? I wouldn't trust this woman with my face, my skin, or anything else. What kind of person steals $20? All you had to do was rebook me. My job comes first. Is that what we're doing--stealing $20 from customers? I wouldn't trust her as far as I can spit. read more

Skin Solutions is an absolute god send to have in Beaumont. Christina is the sweetest and warmest woman and takes the time to fully flesh out your needs, questions, and goals. Her knowledge of different products and the results they can have is soo accurate it's crazy. I have had experiences in the past at other businesses that were very cold and transactional and the level of hospitality from the front desk through to the actual visit with Christina is unmatched. I highly recommend Skin Solutions. I went for a facial and potential filler. I have a small indent (dimple) that developed on my nose. After a consultation with the PA, Christina, she recommended that I see a dermatologist. Thank goodness she did. Turns out that that dimple on my nose was Basal Cell Carcinoma and I had two pre-cancer areas on my nose. I am now waiting for the surgical removal on December 7th. I appreciate their professional treatment and knowledge that triggered my diagnoses with BCC. I will be back as soon as I get through the medical treatment. Thank you Christina!! read more
