I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial. Both are very knowledgeable about the skin and explain each step to you. The inside design is also very cute it looks like a Pinterest board all of the decor is very cute. I did see on Instagram they are moving to a bigger location soon, I can't wait to see the new place I am sure it will be just as pretty inside!

However, the last time I went to Eyes of India, Khadija was not there I was told by the lady that sits in the middle chair that she was on vacation I let the lady in the middle chair and do my lashes, her hands stunk and smelled like fish and they were very warm. She kept milking me for more money she put on a very thin line that looked ridiculous and said that is the $25lash. I told her they were not thick enough. she then put on a few more lashes and said that was $30 and they still looked ridiculous so she added more lashes and said it was 35. While paying her she requested I give her a tip I told her not today has she done my lashes beautiful like Khadija does for $30 she could've had the five dollar tip but instead she got milk and me for money I did go back a month later to see if Khadija was back, but she was not. I will say threading is PAINFUL, but it's over in literally under 5 minutes and they always look great. The interior is pretty shabby but for the low price tag I can overlook it! Friday's tend to be very busy and the wait during the lunch hours can be easily 20 minutes. Go first thing in the morning or after dinner for little to no wait.
