I have nothing to say about receptionist great customer service she does explain step by step and that the $75 fee goes towards your treatment if you decide to get treatment. Also Carrie let me say about Carrie at first everything was going well I explained what I was looking for in my filler and that I did some research and I live close by and price seemed fine with me. After reading some reviews I decided to give it a chance but now I realized that there's no recent reviews of 2021 only 2020 and that is my fault. Anyway so I was at the consultation and Carrie wanted to do filler that same day I said I wasn't ready I didn't planned to get it that day so she said okay well the $75 fee is going to be lost because we have said is towards treatment I'm like well when I called the receptionist mentioned is to save appointment and get consultation to see if I'm a candidate for filler so she asked receptionist and she said yes that's right I did say it goes toward treatment the $75 are not lost. So I booked my appointment for the following week and I arrive to my appointment and carrie had just seen me a week ago and I understand many customers but she didn't remember a thing about previous appointment and she gave me paper work all over again to fill out I mentioned to her I had already filled all this paperwork and she seemed completely lost. This is where I should of stepped back and not go forward because she couldn't even find my file when I had just gone a week ago. She finally found it and said yes now I see we had consultation and we said what you're looking for in results of your filler. I said I decided to go with a full syringe of filler and she said okay that's great I recommend juviderm and I agreed. So we went ahead and she did the filler process was easy and great I never imagined that it was going to be so smooth but now this is the results where I'm not happy it was a waste of $699 I'm going to make it clear for all this women trying to pay a good penny for beauty make your research wise and look for recent reviews and always try to go somewhere where you know someone has gone and gotten results. So I payed my price for the filler and no results at all I have to remind you I got a full syringe of juviderm. I had to get results no matter how small my lips were. And it's so disappointing because I emailed carrie and it's been over a week and no response yet I explained to her about the results and I send her a picture of the before and after and they never responded it's okay I wasted the $699 for a full syringe of juviderm but please women make a good choice of where you're getting your treatment please. I don't know if their equipment is a little older, but I've been to another hair removal clinic that was virtually pain free. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but the laser at Allied would actually hurt me enough that I came to dread my sessions. I didn't get the results that I wanted after the first time, and I was dumb enough to buy a second series of packages since they are always advertising their "specials." I saw better results after the second series of treatments, but who wants to buy 2 series of treatments to see results when one package is already so costly?
