We spread out 3 different appointments. My first appointment was with Dr. Singh where we did 1ml of Juvederm volume XC in chin. Photos below show results of the first appointment 2 weeks after injection. My second and third appointment were done with Trinh. Second appointment we focused on adding projection to chin and smoothing out chin shadow using 1ml of Juvederm XC. I loved my experience with both service providers. However, I will be a lifelong client of Trinh's due to her honest, professional approach. You can tell she puts a lot of time and education into her practice and the results speak for themselves. The after photos (right) are after 1ml of Restalyn in the cheeks. I told her how I felt the right side of my face was much heavier than my left, and corrected by adding more volume which immediately gave me more facial symmetry, which is exactly what I was looking for. Trinh is also extremely communicative on social media and is easily reachable. She assured me that she is available whenever I had concerns about aftercare such as bruising or pain (which I had neither) This was my first time getting facial filler and was initially nervous about looking "too done", but by spacing out the appointments we were able to get the results we wanted without dramatic differences. Trinh did not push any treatments or additional filler on me, since I told her I wanted to preserve my natural features. Then again I always kept my appointments and never had to reschedule on them. I would always arrive on time as well and never had to wait for more than ten minutes except for one time. The treatments on my underarms have been wonderful and have drastically reduced hair and hair growth. I saw such great results that I bought nine sessions for another body part. And THAT area saw dramatic results even after one session! These treatments have worked really well for my sisters too and I was able to persuade my best friend to buy them (initially skeptical because of the reviews on here) who was amazed at how well it worked for her. We're Asian so maybe the light skin + dark hair combination works very well? Yes, it will hurt (no pain, no gain I always say) but it's bearable with numbing cream and popping some ibuprofen beforehand. Prices are AWESOME when they've got specials every once in a while... First off, the receptionist: She is not friendly and doesn't bother to make eye contact with you. She acts like she is Madonna's personal butt wiper and thinks she is the shit making $12 an hour for picking up the phone. The doctor herself: She seems to not care or enjoy her work. My girlfriend has problems with a soar, dry throat and sometimes out of nowhere starts to choke because her throat dries up. As she explained her problem to her doctor, the doctor said she would run some tests and gives her a prescription of ibuprofin. What the hell is a pain med going to do about her dry throat? Was the doc even listening to her? Thanks for the prescription for the extra strenght tylenol doc! The doctor was also supposed to give her a call back within a week (TOPS) and my girlfriend left the doctor's office several messages about it, which were never returned. Only until she got a hold of the receptionist, after a few days of trying, did she get the results. No apology, no nothing. Another time my boo thang went in for a refill of her medication because her prescription expired. All she needed was the doc's signature of approval. What the doctor did do was charge her for that five minute meeting and tell her she wont sign off on any more refills until my gf got her pap smear (Which ended up being done by the doctor of course). Nice way of blackmailing your customer doc. I really don't like to write long reviews.
