Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. Rosalie had walked me through what to expect when I had originally reached out via email and text. Today I got to see everyone in person and it's great. Yasmin was the one who had room and numb me. Went over pre and post instructions. Showed her my inspo, she took some pics of my lips before and after. Nurse Michelle was my lip injector and she is as thorough as can be. Says if I want more and not satisfied with the results, come back to see her. I was so so scared. I work in Peds and give vaccines every day. She broke it down in a few syringes and was very gentle. I felt relaxed and had so many questions. I was a bleeder of course. lol. She checked in with me through the whole procedure. End results are what I cant wait to see. I was scheduled for double eyelid surgery on October 18th and traveled from Sacramento to San Jose for the procedure. Right before my appointment, Dr. Lay called to say he was "sick" and needed to reschedule. I was frustrated, but I tried to be understanding. He then booked me for November 15th at noon. I arrived early at 11:00 AM, only for him to cancel on me at 11:30 AM--thirty minutes before my surgery. He admitted he was still in bed, claiming he was "sick" again. There was no genuine apology, no urgency, no professionalism whatsoever. At that point, it was clear this doctor cannot be trusted with anyone's time, money, or medical care. I demanded a full refund and will never deal with him again. If you value your time and sanity, go elsewhere. The text message from Dr. Lay was sloppy. At this point it looked less like he was "sick" and more like he was hungover and couldn't even send a proper text.

While I was only about 20 minutes away from the office, I received a text message saying my appointment was being canceled. I immediately called the office because I was already on my way. The receptionist assured me everything was fine and told me to come in anyway, saying they would "work something out." After I arrived, I was told by the receptionist very rudely too there wasn't enough time to numb the area before my filler and that I would have to go through it without any numbing medication. I found that completely unacceptable. Their scheduling issue should never become the patient's problem, especially when it involves unnecessary pain. Only after I firmly objected then she suddenly decide they could numb the area after all. That tells me it was possible all along, but I had to argue just to receive the standard level of care. This entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. Canceling an appointment while a patient is already on the way, then asking them to accept a painful procedure because the office was behind schedule, is not how patients should be treated. I hope they improve their communication, scheduling, and respect for their patients' comfort and time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful receptionist...
