Good. Very good wings. Not inexpensive, though. Hot as I wanted them, no floppy jalopy skin, perfectly crunchy and cooked. No "jumbo wings" which is ideal. Heat was there and it was memorable. I'd say "great" for the wings. I'd say "ok" for the atmosphere. Not a huge fan of counter service with a tip line on the credit slip but the wings were spot on. I'll probably be back. Place was clean, staff was friendly and the location is good.

This place was highly rated and I really wanted to like it more. I had the wings and fries. The wings were ok, kind of on the small side though. They do have a wide assortment of wing flavors and cover their wings pretty good in the sauce. The fries, ohhhhh the fries, were some of the worst I have ever had. They were very greasy and you could taste the grease in every bite. It was as if they absorbed the grease they were cooked in. Not good. I could not even finish them, nor could anyone in my party that ordered them. They do have reasonable prices, decent lunch specials and friendly service.

Eat here and thank me later! When I first laid eyes on this place it was early in the am as I was headed to Target all I saw was "Wings & Phillys" I knew I had to have some. My family and I came back around the same day for dinner to give this place a try. The cashier was awesome we let her know it was our first time here she recommended the large philly for us to share and let me know she approved of the teriyaki sauced wings. Best decision ever, both items were so delicious but what surprised me the most were the wings! Very much so that I came back the next day for lunch before we hit the road back home. They were nice and crispy and very well sauced and coated. They even came with a side of ranch and celery. The drink machine inside allowed you to add a extra flavor to your drink like strawberry or lemon. They even had a kids menu which is always a bonus. The sitting was pretty spaced out (COVID-19) and every other bench was allowed. They were open for inside dinning but most people got the food to go. They had restrooms and 2 flat screens to watch either sports or a movie. I will definitely be back to this place whenever Im headed down that way

Best wing flavors in Brunswick. My go to for wings. The wing sizes are smaller but so much better than the other places around town.

I am still trying to figure out if it is a good value, because this is not a cheap meal at all. Two bacon cheese burgers, two regular fries and two milkshakes, was almost $70.00. So yea, Five guys is great but is it $70.00 great? The wife and I ordered the same meal. Bacon Cheese Burger (all the way), regular fries, and milkshake. The burgers are double and huge and getting them all the way is the way to go. The fries are fresh greasy and yummy and OMG, they give you so much. The wife enjoyed her coffee milkshake, and I had to try (are you ready for this), their bacon milkshake because who doesn't love bacon. The Bacon milkshake isn't vanilla ice cream with some fake bacon flavor in it. No sir, it is vanilla ice cream with real bacon, miked in. Yea, this is something new, different and good. So after writing this review I have come to the conclusion that $70.00 Burger and fry meal for two is worth it at Five Guys. After all you get what you pay for.

Do you know how many times I've gotten fast food and the fries are luke warm...a lot! Because the restaurant is downtown there is plenty of free street parking spaces right outside the door. There is a bar, with bar seating, The other seating consisted of normal table with hard back chairs, and couches that ran down the side of the wall with tables, and hard back chairs on the other side. Overall, the service was adequate, not good, and certainly not great, but good enough not to stop us from enjoying our night out. I started with what was supposed to be a cup of Tomato Bisque but received and paid for a bowl. Somewhat my fault for not realizing that my serving and what I paid for was large and more expensive than the cup I ordered. With that said, I thought the flavor of the bisque served with, Garlic Buttered Crostini, and grated Smoked Gouda was outstanding. The temperature could have been a bit warmer, but again the flavor was sport on. The wife and I split a very large bowl of PEI Mussels. The Mussels were served in a white wine broth with Shallots, Garlic, Roasted Tomatoes, and Bacon. Honestly, I could and did finish the broth off as a soup. There were quite a few Mussels that did not open, but the bowl was so large, we wouldn't have eaten them anyway. The wife's main dish was the Pan Seared Sea Scallops, with peach and bacon risotto, and fresh Spinach. The dish was finished with an amazing Bourbon Peach Brown Butter Reduction. The scallops were large, the Risotto was great, but the brown butter reduction was the absolute star of the dish. For my main dish I had the Curried Lamb Lollipops, served over Cilantro Basmati Rice, and roasted Tomatoes with an excellent curry sauce. The chops were of good size and cooked to perfection. And please don't even get me started on the fired Garlic Butter Paratha which is some of the best bread I have ever had. My mistake was ordering a side of the Peach and Bacon Risotto similar to what was served with the scallop dish. Without the Bourbon Peach Brown Butter Reduction however, the risotto ate a little dry and had little to no peach flavor. I finished my meal with a bourbon , Mascarpone, bread pudding, which was amazing. The dish was loaded with bourbon which both my wife and I agreed was not completely cooked off. Great dish to finish an outstanding meal. Even with a few minor missteps, the overall flavor of the dishes were so good, I still must give it an overall 5.

The business has a small parking lot it shares with other businesses, there is also a small gravel lot beside it that you can park at. If you go at a busy time, parking can be a chore. Upon arrival, the business was busy with both inside and outside seating filled but we were seated immediately at a table with both bench and chair seating that shared the bench with other tables. There is also bar seating and you can sit at a high top that borders the brew stations. It took a few minutes for us to meet our server who took our drink orders. Soda for her and non-alcoholic IPA for me. It took our server a while to bring our drinks and she forgot my IPA so she had to go find it. Once we had our beverages, we ordered our food. We started with the bacon wrapped blue cheese dates - the dates are served on tooth picks and looked great but the blue cheese overpowered the flavor of everything else. My wife ordered the special of the day (not on everyday menu) which was shrimp tacos with a black bean pineapple salsa and house made chips and fries. I opted for the house burger with cheddar cooked medium and chips and fries. It took a long time for our food to come out and after observing our server chatting it with a table of her friends who were behind us, I am pretty sure she may have forgot to order it in a timely manner. When our food came it was auctioned off to us by another team member (no server to be found). My wife's tacos were overstuffed and fell apart. I tried one and the fried shrimp tasted really fishy to me, not like fried shrimp is supposed to taste. My burger was okay but nothing special. Really wanted to like this place but it did not live up to our expectations.
