Miss Beauty is located in a small shopping area in Chino Hills. I have been coming here for over a year now and find that I enjoy their facials. I do mostly try all their different styles of facials from Japanese to Korean to even lifting ones. Every facial is uniquely different and I kind of like that. The rooms are simple but comfortable and the ladies are nice. If you have questions on which ones would work better for your face, you should just call in and ask. I don't get bored of the davuala and I'm always enjoying how relaxing this place is. It's not super fancy but the people that work here really take good care of your face. I'm glad I found this place on Yelp and I even have recommended friends to come here because it just is that great. read more

Extremely disappointed - BEWARE OF THE NEW MANAGEMENT! I used to be a loyal client at this spa for over a year, but ever since the new management took over, everything has gone downhill. I had purchased a bundle of hydrating facials under the previous ownership, which I paid for in full, expecting to receive the services I was promised. However, as I tried to book another facial (I still have 2 left from my bundle), I'm told that my package is "no longer valid" and that I now need to pay an extra $59 per facial to use what I already paid for! Let's be real, this new management only cares about money, not customer satisfaction or integrity. They also changed their staff (just FYI for existing costumers). As a working student, I work hard for my money, and it's disappointing to be treated like this. I tried to compromise and even asked if my remaining 2 sessions could just be used to cover the cost of 1 last facial, but they refused. They expect new clients to pay for old management's mistakes, which shows how little they value loyal customers. Go to another spa if you care about your money and being treated with respect and understanding. Find a business with integrity and that won't rob you blind or make excuses. I have been a customer for about 3 years, it used to be enjoyable to have a facial treatment here, but it has been a chaos since the new ownership. I wish I can give a zero star 1. I made my February appointment with my regular aesthetician a month ahead. The day before my appointment, I was told my aesthetician would help another customer, so I had to switch. According to the person(sounds like the front desk), there is no other options, but Raquel. I went there for my appointment, realizing Raquel the front desk, is my aesthetician. I feel fooled honestly, but since I was there, I gave her a try. It was a 2 hour long facial treatment with nothing done efficiently and correctly. Her hands barely touched my face, she went out multiple times for at least 5 min each time to check what's the next step. I paid to have a relaxing facial treatment, not an experimental experience for her to practice. I am definitely not gonna to have a facial with Raquel again until she learns how to wash faces. 2. I was trying to make appointments with other aestheticians, but they don't have any good ones on weekend。 If I want to have a facial treatment here, as a mom who works, I need to take days off to get it done. 3. After all, I made it work, but the day before my April appointment, I was told the new owner will not valid my paid package with previous owner, if I want to have my facial treatment, I need to pay another $108 on top of my paid $100 each session. Come on, on their social media, they have the promotion of $100 for the treatment I purchased, now I need to pay even more for the same thing that I have already paid for. This is ridiculous! It sounds like the new owner doesn't want any previous customers at all. What pissed me more is they decided to tell me this the day before my appointment, like they told my friend after her eyelash session they have increased the price. After reading all of these, if you still decide to go here for a facial treatment, make sure you pick the good aesthetician and do not purchase any package, cause they may sell it to someone(or tell you it was sold)who will clear all your purchased credit. read more

"Okay this feels good" ... until I felt my eyebrow getting chopped off. Yes my eyebrows now look uneven. As a girl with thick eyebrows and one of my favorite things about me, I'm still in shock. Her massage on the shoulders was about 30 seconds long and my session was cut 10 minutes short as well because they were closing at 6 which angered me but I didn't say anything even though they knew what time I was coming in. When she first saw me, she said wow your skin is dry. Ummm. LOL WTF. I was like ya it gets like that in the weather so that's why I'm here... I was really hoping that this would be my new place to get facials. The second I felt the shaver touch my eyebrows I started to ask her what she was doing and she said cleaning. I said are you shaving the hairs off of my eyebrows because it feels like a lot and she said yes. I said can you not touch my eyebrows I only go to one lady that I trust and the facial places that I've gone before have never done that to my eyebrows. I am kind of embarrassed to even post a picture of how horrible they look. This just happened by the way so I don't know how I'm processing all of this. Every girl knows that it takes forever to grow their brows out. I always just go for a simple cleaning to my eyebrow lady because I like my natural shape and I like my eyebrows Thick. To think that was the worst of it, the lady at the front was handling payment. She then asked me If I'm going to pay tip with card or cash which is a very unprofessional thing to ask. This review is only for the laser hair removal. I have gone to many places well know places and I got excellent results. I found this place on Groupon and decided to try out the deal. I have some stubborn hairs that needed some more treatment this place was close so I gave it a shot. I'm not sure about the machine they use, it's not like the machines at the other well known places I've been to. I paid in advance for my eyelash extensions last Dec 03, 2021, becoz they can't accommodate me during that time, so I said I'll come back some other time. After paying, They gave me a coupon, like a gift certificate, Gina said that after the paid eyelash extensions I can use that coupon for a free full eyelash extensions. I was so happy! So I clearly ask her, really? She said yes. So I told her can I have a receipt for the payment I made, she said she will just write it in the gift certificate she gave me. Groupon review! I purchased the 2x hydrafacial from Groupon. I've never been to a facial before, so it was my first time. They were extremely responsive and friendly. This is a Chinese owned business, I do not speak Chinese. They will still treat you the same way even if you do not speak their native language. They communicate perfectly fine in English. This is located in a plaza, so ample parking! Each facial costed me about $42 + tip. Please make sure you tip them based on the full amount if you like their service. The original facial is worth to be about $200 each time. My aesthetician was amazing. She was very gentle, friendly and gentle with her work. She spent 20 mins cleaning, exfoliating my face. Then spent the rest of the time hydrating it. If you want to get away from the family, this is like a mini getaway for you to relax. My face was definitely glowing for the next 7 days. The effects will only last a week and it is recommended that you do it every 3 weeks. They do not force you to purchase additional items, which I can appreciate. I highly recommend it! read more

They sell me the package and after charged my credit card then they told me that the payment is not refundable. So I tried couple IPL treament for my dark spot, it doesn't show any improvement. If you are looking for laser hair removal go elsewhere. While they were nice during my visits, there was a lot of unprofessionalism between their technicians not knowing what they were doing to them completely using the machine differently. They didn't want to do the full region for a Brazilian although that's what I paid for and I had to explain more than once to different technicians just to get the full area treated. After all that, I saw basically no improvement in my hair growth after 3 treatments when I have seen significant changes after that many treatments elsewhere so I stopped going. Sure the treatment was mostly painless but I'm pretty sure that's because they weren't using the right settings or placement or their laser is just not good. If you are looking for laser hair removal that works and doesn't require an absurd amount of visits then don't go here. Waste of a lot of my money. read more
