They make the process as quick as possible and keep everything sanitized. The service and jewelry are all at great prices as well. I would have rated 5/5 stars but I noticed that they frequently tell customers inaccurate waiting times. Of course, a waiting time is never guaranteed but they often under quote the wait. I, along with customers to had entered the store after me, were told that the wait would be about 20 minutes but each time it was at least one hour or more, especially if there are others waiting in front of you. I had a dinner reservation that I was luckily able to push back at the last minute due to this. This was the only con I personally experienced here! I would absolutely recommend visiting Black Cloud for any of your piercings! Just keep in mind that if there are a few others ahead of you, the wait time will probably a little longer than 20 minutes!

I chose this establishment because Mrs. Desiree has amazing reviews, and she is also a nurse. I'm in the healthcare field as well, so that instantly got my attention. Her online booking system is easy to do and follow. Her new location is even easier to find now. After my first session, Mrs. Desiree immediately booked an 8 week followup for a small touch-up, and educated me on hygiene care of my eyebrows through their healing process. She even gave me a free after care kit that came in handy after my touch-up follow-up as well. I ended up getting a severe case of poison Sumac that at first glance, seemed to be an allergic reaction to my recent microblading session. But ,because Mrs. Desiree was a nurse, I felt comfortable enough to reach out to her. We chatted through her chat line and she immediately texted me through her own cell phone number. She was able to guide me in regards to confirming it was not likely an allergic reaction to the microblading, but perhaps something else, and helped make the decision to go to an urgent care that confirmed poison sumac as the culprit. Mrs. Desiree was amazing during the appointment, and after hours. I will definitely be back especially since she now does lip blushing now.

The place is simplistic and minimally decorated and focuses on the artists work. We were greeted immediately, and one of the artists came out from the back.This was Tabatha, who answered our questions, gave us a quote, and scheduled us with her. Fast forward to tattoo day! This was Ace's 1st tattoo ( Ace is 19), and Tabatha was incredible. She was patient as Ace had her stop multiple times to take a breather. Tabatha talked Ace through it and made the experience amazing. Tabatha then did mine, and both came out fabulous! Already made my appointment for my next tattoo with Tabatha!
