The mosque next door puts no mosque parking signs up in front of their shop since parking is atrocious around there. Unfortunately, even the non local congregants are super disrespectful. On Friday the 12th, there was one guy causing a scene with the shops workers and the mosques security. He couldn't understand the parking spots are saved as a courtesy and out of respect for neighbors.

They said I needed to replace the windshield washer pump which would have costed hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here and they took a look and immediately after opening my hood said that was not true by showing me the motor was still running. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

I called John before I headed over and briefly told him what was going on. He said I could bring it over anytime so he could take a look. When I walked in, he knew who I was already from our conversation and my car. He told me he had brakes to work on for another truck but that he was going to take a look at mine right after. He called me back within 2 hrs I believe and told me what he found. He told me how long the repair might take and he'd call when it was ready. Not too long after I was able to walk over and get my car. He told me what he saw and even took pictures of what was under my car and what he had to fix. I'm glad that my car was able to be fixed when it could have been a lot worse! John was SUCH a friendly and awesome mechanic and I was relieved after everything was done. I've found my go to mechanic for sure and I'd highly recommend him!

The last service a week ago was a self-caused emergency. I'd put off replacing my tires on our daily workhorse driver until a blow-out forced my hand. BC took in my CUV an hour after I called and had it back by the afternoon. Friendly but professional, they took the time to go over the options with me . No oversell (just good suggestions for what I told them we needed), the price was fair, the service excellent (in my driveway I checked the pressure and torque on the wheel bolts and all to spec).
