I got a full hand wash and interior clean on two of my cars on Sept 6th. Once I got home, I realized they damaged some instrumentation on the dash of my Porsche 911. I immediately called and was told by Alex, the manager, that the owner, Chris, would get back to me asap. It's now Sept 23rd. I just called and was told Chris was very busy, and even after telling them I was going to social media, and I got the distinct impression he had no intention of ever calling me back. I'd mark them 0/5 but it won't allow me. I went through their car wash on wednesday and the brushes broke my antenna, folded my license plate, and ripped off my driver side mirror... I get that accidents happen but upopn getting in contact with Chris Skoglund he told me they were not responsible for the damages to my car. I even had to go into the wash tunnel to retrieve my own mirror. Before i filed the report i swung around for an interior detail. The workers did a good job but my console screen doesnt work anymore, there was a nice puddle of water below the screen. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about how to get my car fixed up and all he had to say was the car wash won't give me a showroom quality look..... My car is white not black. I do not reccomend, the owners are absolute crooks that only care about money. The one is also a failed actor from hollywood and I knew about that before going through the car wash, so I guess that's on me. read more

Took my car into the Orchard Park location to have the inside cleaned. The fee was $38.50, so over $40+ with tax etc. they told me it would be about 2 hour wait including the cleaning time. This was fine with me, as it was very dirty. I have to say, when they called my name to come out and get into the car, I was totally shocked to see that the car had not been washed. I told them that it needed to be washed, as it was disgusting, to be advised that $40 + dollars did not include a car wash. Very disappointing to be handed a car that was lovely and clean on the inside and disgusting on the outside. read more

Do not go here! You've been warned! I paid for a hand wash and they caused over $3000 in damage to my paint. The car was also not clean. Owner won't take responsibility of the damages his employees did and brushed me off with no consideration. They are liars, disrespectful with awful management and ownership. went through your skogies car wash automatic wash and I paid for the extreme car wash that was $18 and whatever and after I came out of the car wash I check my vehicle over and noticed the entire side of my driver side door panel to the rear of my vehicle had a large scratch on the side with a scuff in the very front and then on the passenger side the same thing not quite as deep as the passenger side but then as you got to the back of the vehicle the entire back of my vehicle was scratched on both corners. I spoke with your employee Josh and he looked over it and confirmed all of my concern. But I'm quite upset about the fact that this is a $40,000 vehicle that I just bought brand new and it's not even a month old with scratches all over my vehicle from a car wash My vehicle has never been through a wash and is now immensely scratched read more

I go here regularly. One waits the least at this venue because of their automated system and the car always comes out nice and clean. On the odd occasion I have found a piece of wood left behind on my windshield, but this is what happens when truck drivers do not empty their backs properly. In summer the touchscreen payment becomes almost impossible to use as the sun shines from behind. You have to get out of your car to see what you are pressing. read more

The maintenance on the DIY equipment is a joke. The brushes are so worn out they dont do anything more that push dirt around and the sprayers are so old and unmaintained that they leak everywhere and have no pressure at all. It took me over 20 mins to just rinse the soap off my truck. It was so bad I had to go home, re rinse and re wipe the truck ... after already spending $20 to do it at Skogies. Used to love this place but it's gone seriously DOWN HILL over the last couple years. Not worth the money. The auto washes do a better job for $13 read more

Since having a bad experience in another city where my new truck was badly scratched after a car wash malfunctioned I was super paranoid about going through another one that wasn't touch-less, but my in-laws have been driving from the west side to go to Skogies for years (and they LOVE their cars) so I decided to give them a try when I moved here. I now go through their car wash at least once a week, especially in winter when the car is filthy, and I have never had anything but good experiences. Definitely busy on sunny days but line moves fast. read more

I will never go here again. Poorly designed bays and hoses that are too short. Because the hoses are short they dragged over my car and severely scratched my cars paint. Worse part is that Dave & Jason don't care. It's all about them making $ and too bad for the customer. Terrible outcome for me and made worse by the Skoglunds holier than thou attitude. Some minor damage occurred to my car with the drive thru wash but I did not really blame them. I would have liked to talk to someone about it, but no one was available at the time. Avoid this carwash at all costs! Our vehicle wasn't placed on the track properly and fell off causing an accident behind us. They made very bold lies to cover their faulty processes and machinery and blamed the whole thing on us. read more
