Awesome tucked away Aviation-themed brewery. The service an beer was great! I would definitely recommend swinging by!

Ok so I can't say I'm completely impartial because I do know the owner, but I will say this knowing the owner: these are the best craft beers around with full heart and soul poured into them. The brews are made in house with painstaking care and knowledge about the origin and process of each beer. It's definitely worth checking out for happy hour with co-workers, an after dinner chat, a blind date, etc... check it out before this place blows up.

IFR Hazy IPA @ Skunkworts

Was back in WPB this past week so had a chance for a second go. Was disappointed they didn't have the IFR Hazy IPA on this visit but tried another that was suggested and liked it nearly as well (IFR is still on the rotation. Just wasn't available when we stopped) A large pergola has also been added to the patio which was nice and I imagine provides some shade from the late afternoon sun (both our visits this time were in the evening so can't speak from experience). The bartender and even the owner/brewer were not really able to give me much of a description of the difference between a couple of different IPAs which was a bit of a surprise but were quick with the samples so we could judge for ourselves. We had also gotten into town late and were starving but wanted to hit Skunkworts before they closed so we grabbed a pizza to go up the street and carried it in to eat with our beers. Don't know what their policy is on that but no one gave us any side eye.

Attention aviation and beer lovers! New brewery in the Northwoods Village Section of West Palm Beach called Skunkworts Brewing. Entire brewery is aviation themed. Owner and brewer is a retired airline pilot. They currently have 8 very good beers on their menu with more to come. Spacious outside courtyard area to enjoy your beer in the fresh air!

First time here and it was worth it. I was in West Palm for work and had a few hours to kill before…read moredinner so I did a Yelp search for breweries/taproom in the downtown West Palm Beach area and this came up so decided to try it This little spot is located across the tracks from the Brightline station so it's easy to miss unless you have the GPS on or have been here before. It's an actual taproom and beer garden but what makes this unique is that it's a self pour taproom which I've always wanted to try You simply walk in, go to front desk, leave a card on file and you are given a wristband. You will see a wall with taps with 18 taps for beer from light to dark beers. You simply tap the wristband on the screen for the beer you want and pour. The tap will calculate how much you pour (it goes by ounces) so you can pour a full pint or 2 oz if you so wish. Once your done you return the wristband and it will add up the total and you can charge it to the card they have on file, which is a heat concept Also the artwork and murals are so original they instantly make you want to look. In addition to the beer taps there are additional taps around the corner to pour wines and seltzers for the non-beer drinkers which is also nice They have a taco food truck outside which I didn't try as I had dinner reservations later that night Definitely recommend this spot if ever in the area

After walking around the City Place, we got to rest a little at this fun, trendy Taproom. I am not new to this concept, but of all the locations that utilizes the tap and go method, this has to be my favorite location. They have ample seating inside and outside, a loft area with more seating, and a food truck outside. There's a parking lot, street parking and if need be, a parking garage not far. They have board games and a cute vending machine that sells local art. There's sustainable decor and thrifted furniture. And when you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly face and your eye immediately dart at the beautiful WPB mural. There's nothing I disliked about this place. It's even cool that you get to purchase some beers to take home if you like what you tried. Next time I come, I want to come with a group of friends... it'll be worth the drive!

It's a comfortable, cool warehouse space right next to the railroad tracks, which breweries always seem to be. Adds a little character to the spot. They've got their own distillery and a pizza menu, which is a big plus since a lot of breweries don't offer much in the food department. And what's really nice is their little outdoor patio where you can bring your fur baby. Pet friendly always gets bonus points from me. We grabbed a high top inside and settled in with our picks, a Florida Premium Lager and The Past Is the Future IPA. Of course we were sipping from each other's glasses because that's just what we do. My lager was light and crisp, super easy drinking, and the IPA had that really nice citra hop that we IPA lovers appreciate. Simple stop, good beer, laid back atmosphere. Exactly the kind of place you pop into for a quick wind down after a long day.

The cocktails were amazing (the one with Desert pear and compari - i dont remember the name - was exceptional). We got the grilled carrots appetizer and clams. Those. Carrots. Perfectly charred, incredibly delish. The clams more than made up for the subpar mussels I had elsewhere the night before, too. My husband got the BBQ pizza and was very happy - both for dinner, and for the next day's lunch. I got the chicken parm, and also had plenty for a large lunch the next day. (and the green beans that came with were also JUST the way i like them - not overcooked, garlicy, and delish). Zero complaints. We won't be able to navigate a second visit this trip, but would 100% put it on our to-dos the next time.

Hullabaloo is a fusion of Italian food and classic American fare, with a rock-and-roll backdrop worthy of the memorabilia on the walls. We barely spoke after the entrees were brought out because we couldn't stop. The restaurant was also in a cool part of town, so the massive portions were perfectly paired with a nice walk around afterwards. This place is a gem and the top of the mark for our week in Palm Beach thus so far.

The food is elevated bar food done right, and the atmosphere is loud, lively, and fun. I loved the open warehouse-style layout--especially since it was a beautiful day and the garage doors facing the beach were open. The ocean breeze flowing through made the space feel airy and comfortable, even though the place was packed. It never felt congested or claustrophobic. We started with the cheese curds, and they were delicious--I honestly could've ordered two. Even better, they were a happy hour special for just $10, which felt like a great deal. I ordered the turkey club with tater tots, and both were excellent. It's definitely something I'd order again. My husband had a build-your-own pizza and couldn't stop raving about it. The pizza was light, crispy, and had just the right amount of toppings--not overloaded, just perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was just really cool. It feels like a place for any age, whether you're stopping in for food, drinks, or one of their events. I'd absolutely come back to try more items on the menu and would love to check out karaoke night or another event during the week or weekend. Definitely worth a visit.
