I've visited this lounge twice in the past week. The atmosphere is very chill, employees are super nice and make sure everything you need is taken care of. The hookah is GREAT gives a nice buzzed feeling without leaving me with a headache like most places. I've visited a majority of hookah spots in Houston and I must say this one is was very diverse. They equally respect all of the customers when it comes to being attentive. The Manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was fine. Stumbled in the Sky hookah lounge after checking my yelp for nearby hookah lounges, while my cousin and I were coming from Cypress/Katy. We ended up at the Cave hookah lounge but it was really dead on a Sunday with two people and no music was playing so we left and came to Sky. They have music playing and it was a nice crowd. I'm a constant regular at this location. The environment is great, however I've had 2 horrible experiences with the manager. The first time I was there with a friend and was asked to stand up from our seats because they had a bigger group of ppl. The second time, I was complaining to the manager about our wait for couches and we were ignored. The manager and another employee both were yelling at me. It didn't stop there, the manager proceeded to jump in my face as if he wanted to fight me and asked if I thought I was "royal". Easily the worst hookah lounge I've been too. The Management is a bunch of cheap assholes. I bought a Groupon and they tried no honoring it. If you have a friend who smokes one puff they charge that person $5 and if that person is just sitting there they get charged $5 as well. We visited this spot last night. A fight broke out amongst 2 of the young men within the same group. The guys fighting knocked over their hookah and broke it. Spilled drinks and coals all over the place. These fighters were dragged out of the lounge only to go to the parking lot and continue to fight. Eventually one of the guys involved in the fight came back in with 1/2 of the entourage. The other young man involved in the fight remained outside for 15 mins or so and was allowed BACK INTO THE LOUNGE. Hmmm, these young men where just fighting. The security guard and male employees had to drag these guys out. They continued to fight outside. One come back in. Later the other guy came back in. Question, how do you know that this young man did not go home to get a weapon or retrieve a weapon from his vehicle? What makes it ok to take this kind of risk with the other patrons of your establishment? I've never seen anyone be allowed back into an establishment after fighting and causing a scene. Not to mention, my hookah did not pull at all. I asked for assistance immediately. My waiter came and checked my hookah, saw that it wasn't pulling, and immediately called for help. No one came to help me until over an hour after first receiving it. I basically was not able to smoke my hookah and then felt unsafe after allowing the group fighting back into the lounge. I asked for my check and left. I wasn't ready to end my night but my safety was a larger concern than "fixing" my hookah. read more

So the lady of served us looked at us all annoyed. She looked like she didn't even want to be there. They took my friend's id and refused to give it back even though we haven't done anything. As my friend was looking at the prices, the server came over and ripped the menu out of my friend's hands and closed it and just said "oh I think it's like 5 or something" then walked out.
