Sky King Fireworks is located on the south side of Easton and is almost directly off of I-78. It's one of the three fireworks stores at this exit, the other two being Phantom and TNT. Store is easy to find and has a large amount of parking. On entry, they will ask for your ID. I've been to many fireworks stores, but apparently, I've never been to a REAL fireworks store until now after seeing Sky King. Even in the off season, Sky King has full shelves and a massive selection. They carry fireworks from independent suppliers, so you get a great variety and will not see anything from Keystone, Phantom, or TNT. Store is well organized and clean. They have just about everything from novelties to grand finales. Prices were competitive with or better than other stores. Staff were professional and answered a few questions I had. One hour each way, and I have all I need to be the "man" with fireworks for my family and friends to enjoy. The associates are friendly and cordial, and ready to explain the details and provide video for each item on display. Welcome to Pennsylvania, where 1000s of people come from June 10th on each year from neighboring states to purchase fireworks. Sky King will be glad to help you reach your goal. I've been to the big three in the area (which are all next to one another pretty much). Sky king is equal to them all....their specials don't always seem to be as good as the others, but they'll sometimes give you deals when you walk in. If you go before the beginning of June/ end of May, you sometimes can score buy one get two free. NOTE: when you go to these places, you need a drivers license or ID from whatever state you are from. Also, If traveling to buy them and want to take them back to your own state (like NY or NJ), be aware that I've read and have heard time and time again, people getting pulled over and if you have fireworks, they will take all of them. Drive slow leaving the state. You'll find that people have their favorite one of the three in the area....but most people go to these stores planning on spending $250-$500...I'm not sure that if you did that at each store, you'd see one store with so much more in your cart than another. read more

I mean really?! This place is year round and seems like they will never run out of stuff. Was here for the Fourth of July weekend and decided to celebrate with some fireworks ( which we are not allowed to do in California). The store is gigantic , there is a bit of paper work you have to fill out to make the purchases but it's all basic info. The staff was nice and helped us get real nice and entertaining fireworks. Prices were phenomenal specially for us Cali people. I would definitely be back and will make sure to stop by here again. read more

Terrible service. I was there a few days ago, and the store manager, a man named Josh, was incredibly rude to me. He refused to help me lift a heavy object into my cart, and didn't tell me where anything was inside of the store. Don't shop here. Go to Phantom Fireworks. Everything in the store is a two for one and it is a huge selection -- possibly larger than the famed South of the Border in South Carolina. When I saw the signs down one isle that said PA legal I had to ask, "Isn't everything in the store PA legal?", the store is in PA after all. The answer is no, unless you have special permitting it all goes by driver's license. If you DON'T have a PA driver's license you can buy anything in the store and of course it is your responsibility to be transporting to a legal state when you walk out the door. read more

Walked in with no idea how to approach spending my arbitrary fireworks budget and the store manager took the time to walk us down aisles, explain how to get the best bang for our buck, and even patiently watched videos of each we were considering to help us decide what would put on the best show. Horrible customer service. Fireworks are advertised as buy one get one, when I had asked a staff member about the prices after I bought fireworks I was met with a nasty unprofessional attitude that did not explain anything. This jackass proceeded to talk over the employee who was actually trying to help while he continued to just raise his voice while not explaining anything by just repeating the same thing over. Customer service seems to be on par with other places. However, my issue is the price of items. They throw a "bogo" sale at you but they inflate the prices by 3 times the amount or more. I bought a mortar artillery kit for 80$ elsewhere, and Sky King had it for 219$! Of course it was BOGO, but if my math is correct I can buy 2 for 160 and still have money left over. I'm not mentioning the other place because I don't want this to seem like a biased review, but the price for 24 shot 5" mortar kits is around the same everywhere but Sky King and phantom. This place deserves every star i give it! I am an inexperienced pyrotechnics enthusiast and i had $200 to blow on fireworks for the 4th of July. The isles were very neat and categorized by the type of firework which was very helpful if you were a person like me (alot of money and dont know what to grab first) they weren't messy at all especially that there was alot of people too. There were staff at the end of every isle ready to answer and assist you which benefited me too. I spoke to 2 floor staff and they were super friendly and helpful. The cashier was really friendly and nice as well. Now the deals were friggin' amazing! They gave me a free 6shot firework for free for spending $200+ and not to mention the whole store was buy 1 get 1 free. Some were even buy 1 get 2 free! Overall the environment was very good and welcoming. I highly recommend Sky King Fireworks as the go to place for your pyrotechnic needs! Hello future potential fireworks purchasers. I beg of you, nay, IMPLORE you to lend me thine ear as I share with a tale of explosion and terror. We came to this place with hopes of a nice fun friendly fireworks show with family. What we got was a collective near death experience which did indeed bring us closer together. We took advantage of the many sales happening and the cashier was even kind enough to throw in a freebie. Thinking back now, free fireworks are always a mistake. Said firework was defective and did indeed blast off sideways and nearly vaporize the neighborhood. This was not the only firework that misfired. It happened not once, not twice, but three times. At this point you may be asking yourself who is at fault. The store for selling faulty explosives, or my family for continuing to set off fireworks after they nearly killed us multiple times. Easily the best and biggest firework shop in Easton. Phantom and TNT cannot even compare to the size, value, and service. Greg the manager is phenomenal and will do everything in his power to make you happy. The staff is always helpful, knowledgable and eager to recommend good pieces.
