Unlike other nail salons, My Nail Soa cares about healthy nails as well as beautiful ones. They use organic lotions and everything is super clean including the air (no fumes!!). I stopped by here on a whim for a pedicure after getting my hair cut at a salon nearby. They were super nice and worked me in right away. The man finished my French pedicure and did a great job. The owner of this salon was my manicurist at my last salon. I followed her to her new location because she is the best! Her manicures and pedicures include little things that I've not had done before. The shop is spotless... No odor, fans at each station that suck out the filing dust, and all utensils are sterilized and stored in containers until needed. My first visit went very well! I spotted this shop off Coleman Blvd and needed a quick polish change on my nails. The shop is very clean and doesn't remind me of your typical shop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in around 5pm on a Thursday. Absolutely no wait. The girl that did my nails was very professional and took her time. This place is awesome- my nephew and I went to get our toes done. It place was clean and the staff was so nice. The basic treatment included the usual cut and trimming as well as a sugar scrub rub, regular lotion massage and a hot towel treatment. My legs feel amazing. And my toes look so cute! I have been to My Nail Spa on three occasions now. The male owner of the salon is an EXCELLENT manicurist/pedicurist and really spends his time making sure that the job is done well. A perfectionist, perhaps - but exactly what you want when you're spending money! However, I have had less than perfect service by others in the salon. My gel manicure rarely peels but on one occasion 5 or 6 of my nails were painted over the edges too far ( the clear base or top coat) ending up with peeling sides. I ended up removing them myself. When the salon gets busy, it feels rushed and instead of focusing on quality service, my nail tech was rushing to get to the woman waiting for a pedicure. Rushed service = poor quality manicure. I highly recommend setting up an appointment, and requesting one of the owners - I only wish I knew their names! Another bonus - when you walk in it doesn't smell like a nail salon! Its very clean - and the pedicure chairs are fantastic! read more

I've only been here once so far, but I must say I will definitely be a repeat customer. They're amazing! My nails came out beautifully. They take their time massaging and exfoliating along they way (it feels like you're getting the deluxe package for just a regular mani/pedi). I really enjoyed my pedicure experience at My Nail Spa, and you can't beat the price! My technician was gentle and thorough. Unfortunately the polish on my big toes smudged a bit later in the day, but I attribute that partly to my wearing tights and heels that evening. Even so, I didn't expect my nails to smudge after drying for 90 minutes! Overall a very good experience despite this. read more

This USED to be a good salon. Unfortunately, as more people started going there, they became less interested in quality and more interested in quantity. They hired new people who are not experienced and on my last two visits, did a terrible job. The atmosphere is also not nearly as friendly as it used to be. If you can get one of the owners, it will probably be ok, but otherwise it's time to look for a new salon. read more

Moved here from out of town, and came here by yelp suggestion for a pedicure. Idk what kind of low standards people have to rate this place so highly. My nail tech cut the side of my nail to the point where I was bleeding. Tools aren't kept in a sanitizing station, instead they are sitting in a jar with old paper towels sitting in the bottom of it. Really just gross stuff. Terrible regular and gel polish selection. I'll try somewhere else next time. read more

The staff was very friendly, and place was very clean. Pedicure was average, nothing special, and when I walked out I realized my feet looked no better than when I came in. I asked the girl to scrub my heels good, and when I realized they still looked terrible and went back in to say something I was told I needed to come more often. I would not recommend this salon. The nail tech (female) was not careful while clipping cuticles and kept jabbing me. In addition, my manicure looked like it had been painted by a 5 year old and I asked her to remove the polish. At that point I had already been in the salon for an hour and didn't have time to have the polish redone. When I got home I realized that my pedicure was messy as well. Isn't painting in the lines a pretty basic qualification for a nail tech? The salon was empty when I was there which should have been a sign! read more

Terrible service. My daughter and I were asked to wait 30 minutes for our pedicure. After waiting they finally put my daughter feet in water and then told me I would have to come back tomorrow. Very unorganized. Other customers in the spa were complaining and asking to have their nails redone over and over. Total waste of my time. Would never go back. read more

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was nice. The quality of work is poor and not worth what was paid. I paid extra for gel polish so it would last longer and within a few days they were chipped. Looking at the manicure, the sides of my nails are missing paint and the paint is noticeably thicker and thinner in parts. Don't waste your time here when there are plenty of salons with better quality of work at a better price. read more
