Would NOT RECOMMEND for a PEDICURE If your expecting a traditional pedicure this is not the place. Most basic pedicure. First off there's no massage chairs you sit in a regular desk chair and put your feet in a plastic bin with soap not to mention your feet don't get rinsed with clean water after they cut the cuticle and scrub with soap they get put back into the same water that you had at the beginning. If your getting gel the LED lights are on the rug and so are you feet while they dry . Beware if you have regular polish they may try to pull a fast one and say you had gel to try and charge you when you clearly never get gel on your nails nor do they mention anything prior to removing polish until the end Prior to showing up I called to ask about the rates for their services I was quoted $22 regular pedicure $30 for a gel pedicure Save yourself the trip and money there's better places that's offer cleaner and a full pedicure experience for the same price

Nails look nice, we will see how long they last.

I tried this place because I recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga. First, the environment is nice. It is a nice and clean shop. here are the thing I did not like. I like the colors and options I got white acrylic powder. 1. The guy that did my nails put the fake nail so far at the tip of my nail that when he filed they nail popped off one of my nails. I have NEVER happened before. That means 1) the nail is too far at the tip like barely a centimeter on my nail and 2) it was not enough glue. He barely but a drop of glue and had to go back and glue the nails on the edges so he could put the acrylic on. 2. The fact that I can see the fake nail under the acrylic. I don't understand this. I have been getting fake nails for 16 years, I have never looked at my nail and saw the acrylic and the fake nail separate. They always seal and when I brought this up to the guy doing my nails he said "how will it separate". When I showed him what I was referring to he said "how will it separate". I tell him, if it separates I will not be returning. I have been getting my nails done for a long time a long long time I have paid upwards of $200 for my nails on Melrose but I want what I want and I have never had a nail tech just say "no" I am not sealing your nails. 3. The strange vibe there. I wonder if it was because I was new or they were just strange. They barely talk to their customers, this is new for me. My usual nail tech is on maternity leave but we have a good relationship she brought me gifts from Vietnam and I got her a baby gift. I am not used to sitting in the shop and the nail techs act as if they do not want to talk to customers. And I watched their interaction with all customers. 4. Price -- Before I got my pedicure the price for my hands was $60. After my pedicure the woman tried to ring my hands up for $80. I head the lady tell the woman checking me out $60 and she kept typing in $80. I said "she said 60" I know it was in Vietnamese but I have a Vietnamese friend and have been to plenty of nail shops, I know what numbers sound like. Plus $60 in Vietnamese is very similar to $60 in English. She tried to charge me $80 and $33 and I say no $60 and $33. The lady asks again $80 or $60 and they tell her $60 again. Finally, she agrees to charge $60. The guy already started checking me out before the pedicure so I SAW it was 60. The nail work looks okay, I got plain because I was not sure if the guy doing my nails could do design since he didn't offer. I guess I will go down to LA for my nails like I do for my hair. Not a bad experience but not the best and I am a nail connoisseur so nails are very important to me. Pedicure was great by the way! No designs were offered but I loved the sugar scrub, callus remover and massage. Very nice!

I don't usually do reviews, but Rick did such an amazing job on my nails - so I just had to! I've always loved Arden, but I moved away for awhile so i hadn't been in about two years. When I came back the service somehow became even better!! I will only to to Rick now due to his absolute perfection & kind ways, but the whole staff is amazing. Thanks Rick. Kind and amazing service!!!

Walked in yesterday with not a clue what I wanted done, just knew it had to be disney theme since my family and I are going to disneyland tomorrow. I have to say the service here is amazing. I was helped by Irene and the whole time I was there she was so detailed and gentle I have gone to other places that are just rushing to get you off the chair and end up cutting you. I definitely will be returning. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Absolutely love love love this placeeee The environment is quiet and calm which is nice. Both my nails and pedicure came out amazing. They paid attention to small detail which i appreciate. Amazing shape and conversation I will definitely be making this my regular spot.

Been coming here Over 20 years . No matter where I'm living, if I'm in the Area, I come here . The manager, Casey always remembers my name. And they really do the best work for a great price. It's still cash only, so prepare for that. But You'll for sure get more than what you pay for!

Wow!! I went here based on other previous view and had a great experience. They were super friendly and got to me right away. I had two broken nails and they were looking really rough before. She did them exactly how I asked and was very gentle as well. Plus is was super affordable!!

This place a hidden little gem. Make sure to walk in with CASH. They don't accept card. Anyways, I read reviews before coming here and i thought I'd give it a try. It's not a high tech place. It's not beautiful. But it is clean, friendly staff, they take the time to talk to you genuinely, getting every detail that you need. I paid 40$ for a medium full set that included 3 gel polish, and gems. Not bad at all! I paid over $60 at Q Nails( I think that's what it's called) and the service does NOT compare to the service here. The work was way better! I honestly can't pin point a complaint here. If you don't mind a little 2009 vibe it's so worth coming here. They have a lot of regulars, and know everyone by name. I'm definitely making this my spot.

When I arrived for my appt I was barely greeted, and there seemed to be confusion on the services I requested. The girl who seemed like she was in charge barely made eye contact, and there was very little interaction with customers other than those she seemed to know personally. When I called to request the appt I was told someone would be able to work on both my feet and hands simultaneously, but the one girl who was available didn't appear interested and so I had to wait until another nail tech was done to receive service, and unfortunately she seemed to be overworked as well. The lady performing my pedicure did not do a thorough job, and my manicure obviously did not have enough time to cure--something I realized once I arrived at my car to find a few of my nails appearing matte rather than with the appropriate coat. After my services were performed, I stood and waited for someone to check me out for at least a few minutes before anyone even looked up, and could have walked out without payment if I was a less conscientious individual. Due to a lack of time and heading out for a trip, I didn't have time to return to ask them to redo the gel, and sure enough by Monday morning both my thumb "gel" nails had peeled off, and by Thursday two other fingers on each hand have began peeling as well. I will be returning to request some level of refund for services as I paid $85 for the services!! I wanted to give them a chance as they are not too far, but due to the poor customer service and low quality product I will never frequent them again, unfortunately.

Rating: 4/5 Stars…read more Tried out this nail salon for the first time recently and had a mostly good experience! I called ahead to check availability and they asked if I could come in right away, which worked out since I was nearby. The salon is located in the same shopping center as Lowe's (GPS definitely helped because it was a little tricky to spot at first - you make a right, then a quick right again, and it's straight ahead). Plenty of parking, which is always a plus. When I walked in, I let them know I had just called for a basic mani/pedi. The woman at the front desk asked me to pick a color and pointed me to a wall of samples (though I originally thought it was polish bottles). Some of the samples were missing nails or repeated, but I eventually picked one I liked. I was seated at the pedicure station and could see most of the salon from where I was. They had Minions playing and a cute fish tank to look at, as they were preparing everything for my pedicure. I chose the basic pedicure from the service menu they handed me. While I was getting the pedicure, a different lady came over to do my manicure at the same time. Both nail techs were really kind and easy to talk to. The manicurist and I even bonded over a few things, which was a nice touch. She also made me aware of how much cuticle I had and I did confirm I was my hands often which dries them out. Great people overall. As for the color, it ended up being a little brighter and chalkier than I expected. I thought it would be a soft light pink(#121), but I think the color sample I saw was gel, and I chose regular polish. Not exactly what I had in mind, but still cute. The whole thing wrapped up in about 30 minutes. The pedicurist helped me put my sandals on as I waited to for my manicure to dry. I sat at the salon chair and was placed a fan to dry my nails, but the fan kept turning off. They were all pretty busy with clients, so I didn't want to bug anyone and ended up drying them in my car with the AC blasting (lol). I did smudge a couple nails while getting in the car, but oh well. Overall, I'd give this place a solid 4/5. The service was quick and friendly, and the place is clean and easy to get to. If you want to tip bring cash or Zelle them like I did to their personal number. The only things I'd change would be suggesting the colors that match closest for basic manicure and pedicure, having a working fan, and maybe not doing both services at once, for me it felt a bit rushed, and I personally prefer taking it one step at a time. Still, I'd definitely consider coming back!

I decided to try this place because Luv It Nails wasn't doing it for me anymore (zero massage time,…read moreoverpriced)....i like it here! Each time I've come, they've opened sterilized tools, and the man who works in the front has been nice, offers me water bottles. Each time! This is my new spot until further notice :)

Most passive aggressive manicure ever. I called this place around 4:40, knowing they closed at 5:30…read moreto ASK if they would have time for a gel pedicure and a full Gel-X set. I would've completely understood if they said no, but the guy told me yes. Great! I arrived literally a couple minutes later, and a really sweet lady started on my pedicure which was great, and she's the only reason I gave the place 2 stars instead of 1. Then another nice lady started removing my old Gel-X. I asked the two ladies again if they were sure they had time for the full Gel-X set, because part of me was considering just doing a basic gel manicure after getting my old Gel-X removed, just to be out of there quicker. They both assured me that YES, they had time for the full set. I thought, that's really nice of them--I'll tip well. Well apparently a third nail tech, who was working on someone else's manicure, would be the one to do my Gel-X set, but needed to finish up with her current client. Once she did, she came over, visibly frustrated that she had to do another service. I understood she was probably tired, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed her nothing but politeness the entire time. What was not okay was her overall demeanor and how poor of a manicure she gave me--I'm still a paying customer and I would've tipped her extra had she provided better quality service. First off, she had no patience for my Erb's Palsy in my right arm that has very little range of motion (i.e. can't turn my hand over on its own without using my other hand to force it, and can't bend my arm back far at all without my elbow sticking out in a weird way) because it made it difficult to hold my finger directly under the little overhead UV lamp she set up. Pretty much every manicurist I've ever had has not had a problem with my condition and it has not slowed down their speed of service in any way. It just caused a minor inconvenience for her because she couldn't force my hand to be at the perfect angle, which only added to her frustration. Aside from that, she filed my nails so quickly and carelessly after she got the Gel-X on. I had to ask her to soften the corners of the nails (square shape) so they weren't so sharp, because obviously she had no intention of doing that, and she sort of quickly filed the corners for a couple seconds each, still leaving them sharp and shaped almost like those ugly duck nails from 2010. Then I had to ask her to please cut away some of the dead skin on my cuticles because she had no intention of cleaning them up at all either. She didn't say yes or no, just stayed silent and pissed off and cut away at like 4 of my dead cuticles, and they still looked like shit. She didn't bother putting a base coat under the color gel polish, and I have little bubbles on one of the nails where the powder debris from her drilling the Gel-X nails got trapped under the polish. Not even some lotion on my hands after they sat in freakin acetone for like 15 minutes earlier during the Gel-X removal, and never asked me to wash my hands. Just wanted me the f out of there. The way I can describe her overall energy was like you could practically hear her cussing me out in her head. Here's the thing--next time you're going to be pissed off about a client being in the salon past closing time, simply say that you don't have time. Don't say yes--not once, but twice--and then punish the client with poor service and a bad attitude. It's not my fault the owner agreed take me in, nor was it in my control that the nail tech had to finish up with her client before getting started on my manicure. I could've just gone somewhere else nearby that closed later but had lower Yelp ratings and gotten the same quality of manicure but at least with better customer service.
