They did a decent job on my pedicure but my manicure didn't even last 2 days, he didn't even file my top nail a bit before applying gel polish, which helps the gel adhere stronger. Didn't shape my nails, I wanted almond. They charged my 85.00 for basic gel mani and pedi with foot mask. Not really worth it imo. Won't come back. read more

I kept saying I was going to book an appointment with her girl Mira but was sleeping on it. Once I seen her nails at 4 weeks looking like a new set, I couldn't wait any longer. I booked with Mira on Instagram & I'm so glad I did. She was ready for me at my appointment time. She has a serious eye for detail. I am 200% pleased with my set & will be going back forever. Smiley Nails is very cute and quaint shop! Very clean! I love that my nails are always done with great care and detail! The nail salon artists are very kind! The only thing I would say that I would change about the salon to make my relaxing nail experience better, is to play more upbeat music. I walked in for a pedi/meni and was taken right away! The staff was very nice and the place was clean. She did a great job doing my manicure and didn't rush it. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and took her time as well. I was a bit skeptical trying a new place but I just moved and it near my home so gave it a shot. It is now my new nail salon. I am happy with service and prices are very responsible. They even have this little pop up piece on the chair that helps hold up your legs during a foot scrub instead of just holding our leg up. I found Mira on Instagram and booked my appointment for the following day. Her work looked so good on IG which made me super excited to have her do my nails. When I came in to the salon she sat me down almost immediately. She then removed my old set and began a new one. Mira did such a good job on my nails and constantly made sure I was comfortable and liked her service. My nails came out beautiful! I'll definitely be booking her regularly. read more

Not satisfied with my service. First off, the man they assigned me didn't know what he was doing. I speak and understand Vietnamese and throughout the entire time he kept asking the lady next to him what to do next. There were a few times she had to intervene because he was doing such a crap job... I wanted full set with coffin and this is what I got, buldgy, thick and uneven layers and I think the plastic nail he put on some of my fingers were a little too big and are hurting every time bump into them. Nice service but my daughter went and got her nails done and they didn't do the designs that she wanted and they couldn't do roses and couldn't do a heart, they didn't have good nail polishes there. And there was also excess dried glue around her nails. I don't recommend this nail salon if your going to get designs. Her nails were feeling loose like they were gonna fall off and she had a nail that was crooked. Horrible job. read more

If you're looking for something cheap this is it but don't expect anything great. The customer service IS HORRIBLE individuals coming in 30 mins past their appointment times still get prioritized over customers waiting 30+ mins. One lady even claiming she "didn't know how to do acrylics" to again prioritize the customer that missed her appointment. This only shows how FULL OF SHIT they are considering they are nail technicians that work at a nail salon. read more

I used to go here a lot when June was there, I tried to give them a chance an it was a big fail my nails didn't last one week cuz she made them real thin. If someone asks for long nails it's a must to make them a little thicker since they're more fragile when they're long. It's also more expensive now not worth my hard earned money read more

I came to smiley nails and had a bad experience so I didn't go back. I went when they were under new management & I got good service the first time, I went back a few times and liked it. I took my two little sisters and they had the worst experience left in tears. Their nails were horrible. My older sister then went & she was extremely upset, her acrylic was stuck to her skin, nails are not even, and the acrylic is lumpy all over the nail. They refused to fix them the same day told her to come back the next day, and made her pay $120 for horrible service. They are very rude and unprofessional. never returning. read more

She charged me right in the middle of doing my nails...did not ask me how i wanted them shaped...did not greet me...sang a couple weird songs in whatever language she was speaking and had a very bad attitude.
